The last thing Eden Collins is looking for is love. Fresh out of high school and with college on the way, all she wants is to enjoy summer. But as usual, her court-issued visit to her father's Floridian condo isn't high up on her list of places she wants to be.

Things are looking good for Lukas Jameson. After deciding to take a gap year from college, he's free to do as he pleases in the apartment he bought with his best friend and roommate, Mitchell. Too bad it's next door to probably the world's biggest killjoy.
