“What do you want to know about me?” Sam asked as she had a mouth full in. She quickly whipped the edge of her mouth and looked across.

“Well,” Harry answered looking down at his own plate, “First of all, you aren’t from here, are you?”

He took a bite and placed his full attention on his date. She felt uneasy with his eyes wondering, but it flattered her in a certain approach. He added smilingly, “Out of town girl.”

Sam shook her head and licked her lips. “I’m from Miami, homeboy.”

Harry chuckled and looked down flushed. Harry looked up curiously. “If you don’t mind me asking, why are you here in London?"

She laughed, “That’s a great why to put it.”

“You know what I mean,” Harry rolled his eyes and sipped from his beverage.

Sam thought about it and answered more seriously with her voice more lowered, “My mom passed.” Simple words like that could make Sam quiver within that second.

Harry pulled his hand from underneath and gripped it with hers.

“I’m sorry Sam. I shouldn’t have ask that,” he said rubbing her hand.

Sam bit her lip, preventing her from her water works. “It’s okay,” she managed to bring out and sighed softly, “Not much people know about it.”

“What about your father?” Harry looked as if afraid of what she’ll say next. Sam sighed to herself and held her tongue.

Harry looked into her eyes, “You don’t have to answer if you don’t want to,” Harry said softly, “I would understand if it is too personal for you.”

“It’s fine,” Sam said in a small voice, almost like a faint whisper. “He’s in prison.”

Sam cringed with that thought. She couldn’t imagine it again. She exhaled, “I haven’t seen him since I was twelve.”

She looked up at him as he sat there quietly. She couldn’t help but pout like a little adolescent, “I’m sorry if I’m ruining this date. I must sound pathetic.”

Sam looked down and waited for him to agree with her.

“You don’t sound pathetic,” Harry said, fortunately. “It’s not a bad thing when you are opening up to someone,” he smiled and squeezed her hand lightly. “Don’t be sorry. I like that you are telling me this. You sound like you trust me already.”

She couldn’t help but smile, “I think I do.”

And I did. Sam thought to herself.

Harry leaned over the table and planted a small kiss on her cheek, “Good.”

She felt as if she was going to explode with happiness. “What was that for?”

Why the hell did you ask that? her inner thoughts practically screeched in her thick head.

Harry shrugged his shoulders and smiled, “I really like you, that’s all.”

Sam nodded and chuckled, “Valid reason there.”

Although, Sam felt herself blush as he continued to look at her with that familiar smile of his.

As they both walked out, hand in hand, she felt something she hasn’t felt before. Though, she was pleased with the outcome.

“Am I going to met your guys any time soon?” Sam asked as they waited for the cross sign to turn green.

“Guys?” Harry asked curiously. He met her eyes as she fixed her braided hair.

Sam nodded and met his glance, “You know, your homeboys,” she laughed hysterically.

He nodded and smiled softly, “Would you want to meet them?”

“Of course,” Sam smiled excitedly and added vaguely, “I mean, they are your friends right?”

Harry nodded and linked his arms through hers as they crossed the busy street ahead of them. Sam looked up at him and smiled, “Lead the way Styles.”

She looked though the city with open eyes. She looked up at him once more and gave him a feeble smile. As she walked, she eyed the CD store where she bought that Usher album, along with seeing Harry that eventful day.

“So,” Sam started as he looked down at her. She felt her cheeks flush with color as she continued with her question, “What do I need to know about you?”

“Depends,” he winked lethargically at her, “What do you want to know, love?”

“And here comes that British slang of yours,” Sam winked back and smirked at him.

Harry rolled his eyes, but the color of his cheeks gave it away to her. Sam tapped her fingers up to her chin and thought about it for a second. A light bulb glistened on the top of her head as she looked up enthusiastically ready. He smiled at her as she sustained herself.

“Do you have any pets?” Sam obtained back to yesterday’s memory when she unexpectedly ran into Harry himself when she was on Truffle’s daily exercise.

“I do, quite actually,” Harry seemed a bit off but continued anyways, “I have cats.”

He said the last word sluggishly and glanced down.

I could see why he was all uncomfortable now, Sam thought to herself as she smiled up at him. She felt one her heel straps become lose as they walked. She carelessly bent down and fixed it.

“That’s cute,” Sam laughed slightly. She side tracked for a while and changed the subject, “What are your friends’ names?”

“Well, there’s a Zayn, a Niall, a Liam, and Louis,” Harry smiled at the thought of his lads. Harry added lightly, “Louis was the one you met on the plane.”

Sam let out a small chuckle and nodded her head, “The strange one?”

“You could say,” Harry joined her and ran a hand through his hair.

As they crossed the street, the encountered a pale building a head of them. She asked curiously, “This is where you live?”

He nodded. “Me, the lads, and my mum have a flat,” Harry said in a matter of fact tone. The building was obviously a condominium.

Sam couldn’t help but feel nervous of the meeting. She clutched onto Harry’s arm they made it in the lobby.

“Are you alright?” Harry asked, looking into her eyes at level.

Sam sighed, “I’m a little nervous to meet all of them.”

Harry grabbed her hand and kissed it, “They will enjoy your company. Trust me.”

Sam nodded and walked into the elevator with Harry close to her side. She glanced down and fixed her attire. She funded with her hair and sighed.

“You look lovely,” Harry smiled and looked ahead.

Sam nodded once more and listened to the elevator music.

As they reached their room, Harry was hesitant to open the door. He held a hand and listened to the sounds coming from the opposite side of the room.

“Listen,” Harry whispered and pressed his ear towards the wall. She did was she was ordered.

Sam heard foot steps running against the pavements harshly as there was a voice in the background yelling how awesome jigglies were.
