Adventure Time comes to an abrupt end as Jake and Finn stumble through a portal into another world- the real world. Jake can no longer stretch or talk and Finn knows no one and nothing about this strange place.
Problem after problem arises for Finn as he attempts to get back to the Land of Oo.
