Sometimes

novem

His story ended when he was eight years old.

Talk may still happen, and people may still think about him, but Nathan Mill's story reached its end when he was eight years old, being that he died at that age and his parents were convicted of his murder that year as well.

Some people question whether if they had noticed anything sooner, would he still be alive? That's something that no one can ever know because it didn't happen, and whenever someone did notice something they brushed it to one side. Sometimes it's easier to pretend that you didn't see something, although when questioned about it not many will admit that they saw something and were reluctant to do anything about it.

The only one who tried to make people aware about Nathan was little Ronan Wilkins, but little children are known for not understanding what they see so there was no validity to his statement. If only they had believed him, if only their minds were open to the possibility that a child could see more than they could. If only they could have dropped the ifs, then maybe little Nathan Mill would still be alive.

But he's not and part of the blame can only fall on their ignorance.
