Clara is forced to take on the role of both Mother and Sister. Her Mother is always drawn into making fabric and leaves her youngest children to the care of Clara, her oldest. During the year of the Seventy-Fifth Quarter Qwell, an unexpected twist rocks all the districts as both Katniss and Peeta head back into the area.
