Speak the Truth, Even if Your Voice Shakes

I'm never happy anymore. I don't really know the last time I was truly happy. Whenever someone asks if I'm OK, I lie and say yes just because it's easier for me to deal with it that way rather than have to tell people my feelings. Everyday I put a fake smile on my face just to make the people around me happy but what about me? When do I get to be truly happy?
