Sherlock Holmes finds himself at a nearby hospital after an... accident.
John Watson is set the mammoth task of looking after him, but soon discovers that his patient is not as he first thought - just a lazy, overdosing psychopathic - but instead a high-functioning sociopath, who also happens to be the worlds only consulting detective.
