Golden Opportunity

In a world that has been at war for year, soldiers are trained from the time they can walk. Foalen's family has been in the military since before the war began. He plays a key role in the battles ahead and will forge through any difficulty that is presented to him, including his general.
He will be fight giant metal aliens to save his planet, but all isn't as it seems.

This isn't going to really going to be organized in the traditional way a story would be. There will be short stories and drabbles about Foalen's life.
