Katya is one of the handful of survivors in a world infested with zombies. Kill or be killed is the rule she lives by but as she looks into the demented eyes of those infected can she really bring herself to pull the trigger without hesitation? Everything changes when a mysterious organization called Zone intervenes and recruits her; what are they hiding and what is their connection to the zombies?
