Emily Woods is an average, 15-year old girl with a lot of time on her hands for studies. One night, while studying in her room, she's taken. As the news stretches across school, a group of students begin to plot for her retrieval. As the friends try their best to find Emily, she herself is being pushed farther and farther into the past as secrets about her whole life are revealed to her.
