Two Part Harmony
Present
“Ryan Johnson is coming back home for the summer to catch up with family and friends. He hasn’t been to his hometown in three whole years. Coming along with him will be his girlfriend of a year…” I heard the TV in the background as I walked to the kitchen.
“Turn it off.” I yelled at my roommate/best friend Sarah.
“Oh sorry I thought you were in your room.” She turned off the TV and joined me in the kitchen to ask me, “Are you going to be okay with seeing him again?”
“Depends if he comes back as the Ryan I once knew or the Ryan who doesn’t seem to care for me.”
“Turn it off.” I yelled at my roommate/best friend Sarah.
“Oh sorry I thought you were in your room.” She turned off the TV and joined me in the kitchen to ask me, “Are you going to be okay with seeing him again?”
“Depends if he comes back as the Ryan I once knew or the Ryan who doesn’t seem to care for me.”

So i am trying something new and I am hoping you guys will like it.the chapters will be going back and forth from present to past. (just so you don't get confused.)
