A Year in Canada
A move and a table
My friend and me were on holiday in canada once. We loved the country and so we were thinking about studying there for a year. Our only problem was the language. We had learnt english for many years at school, but it didn't help us as much as it should. After a long time of considering, we decided to go on that adventure and charted us a little apartment in Toronto. We left all our furniture in Germany since there was already some in our new home.
As walking through the streets of Toronto, I saw a table in the shop window of an antique shop. I really liked it, but unfortunately I didn't have enough time to walk into the shop and have a better look at the table. I did it the next day. The owner was very nice and told me some facts about the table I was interrested in. It also wasn't as expensive as I thought, so I bought it. The owner told me it would get delievered in the next days. In that moment, I didn't know I was talking with Rachelle Turner, Ben Kowalewicz's wife, who's the singer of my favorite band Billy Talent.
