We're All Just Runaways

Gotham city is in ruins following the aftermath of Bane; but it is also in mourning after the death of the Batman. With everyone scattered and all forms of order and institutions destroyed, Amelia Saunt tries to plan what she should do next with all those she's become caretaker of. Is it fate or coincidence that reunites her with one of the few people in Gotham who actually has answers?
