Coming home
It was getting close to the weekend only one day away, this Friday night we had a pep rally it was the guys second home game and we were hopping they would win so we had to be extra cheery tomorrow as Lindsey says.
'It’s so cute the Duston is taking Peyton out on a date' Avyanna said to me
'Oh did I forget to tell you? Duston finally manned up and asked Peyton on a date and it was on Saturday night so cute!
'I know oh my god what if they kiss that would be adorable' I said making Avyanna squeal in agreement.
'I could just imagine it now him coming home and tell us' she said nodding
I just nodded in agreement and we walked off to Art the last class of the day.
When we walked in we sat at the table with Duston and we talked about what he was going to do for the date with Peyton he didn't tell us much but what he did tell us was really cute.
'So Melanie you would prefer the drummer over the singer?' Duston asked me pointing to my shirt that had I prefer the Drummer.
'It depends really' I told him shrugging my shoulders
'What if it was out of Ronnie and Ryan?' he ask
'Oh defiantly Ronnie' I said with a smirk.
'Well he is your best friend' Avyanna said
'And his hot' I said with a wink.
'Do you like him?' Duston asked
'Ronnie nah his more of a friend' I told him
'But you’ve liked him before I can tell' he said with a smirk
'Shh' I said trying not to smile
We were talking about the pep rally and other things when somehow it got onto how and who we had our first kiss with.
Duston went first telling us who his was with.
'Well it was with my best friend we were young and she was dying with cancer I gave her a kiss one night before I left cause I read her wish list and it was the only thing she had left that she wanted to do so I granted it for her' he said with a small smile
'Is she?' Avyanna asked not wanted to finish the question.
'No she died the next day, I was only 12 so I thought it was because I kissed her, that's why she
died, but then when I was 15 I kissed another girl and I hated it' he told us lighting the mood
'Well, my first kiss was with a guy named Scott Erok, he was best friends with Corbin when I was 14. He knew I had a crush on him, and I suppose he had one on me too. But one time he came over and Corbin, Scott and I were hanging in the pool. Corbin went to get us towels and Scott cornered me, basically, and kissed me. Corbin came back out in the middle of it and when Scott saw how pissed off he was he went to apologies and Corbin punched him in the face. Let’s just say he never came back around again,' Avyanna told us
'Oh I remember that you were so pissed at him you went and told mum and she was all like Corbin you shouldn't of done that but Dad was all like good boy Corbin' I said laughing.
'Yeah that was funny I still see him around the mall sometimes but he won't come near me' she said giggling a bit.
'What about you Mel?' Duston asked
'I um don’t want to talk about mine' I told them looking at my work
'Oh come on it couldn't have been that bad' Avyanna told me
'Okay fine I was in the lounge room watching a movie with lets just call him bob so we were watching Sleeping Beauty and the prince kissed Sleeping Beauty and Bob lifted my chin up and kissed me I asked him why he did it and he said that it looked nice in the movie so he wanted to try and it was' I told them blushing
'You have only watched Sleeping Beauty with one guy and that was Corbin' Avyanna said looking at me funny I looked down and blushed
'WAIT WHAT!!!' she squealed at me
'Your first kiss was with mhmm' I covered her mouth before she said yelled it out.
'Yes it was with him but shhh I don’t want everyone knowing' I said removing my hand from her
mouth
'I can’t believe it was with him well I kind of can but why didn't you tell me' she asked
'Because I didn't think you would want to know?' I told her
She just stuck her tongue out at me and I laughed at her.
'Better watch out or someone will bite that tongue' I told her
'If their hot then yes please' she said with a wink I just laughed at her and shook my head
Art soon finished and we walked out of the class and toward my car, when I was nearly toward the exit my phone started ringing Ronnie ring tone.
'Hello' I answered
'Turn around' he said into the phone I turned around to see a group of guys leaning on my car I
looked at them funny but I realized one was on the phone and he was smiling at me.
'Can you hold this for me?' I asked giving Avyanna my stuff and running to the car and jumping into the guys arms
'Ronnie' I squealed
'Hey Mel' he said hugging me
'How are you?' I asked him after he put me down.
'I'm good and you?' he said
'I'm good, when did you get off tour?' I asked
'We got off yesterday but we only got home late at night' he told me
'Why didn't you tell me?'
'Cause I wanted it to be a surprise' he said giving me a hug again.
'Hey guys' Avyanna said once she was near us they all said hey back and Ronnie looked at me funny
'What?' I asked
'Oh so you prefer Ryan now'
'Oh yeah' I said raising my eye brows
'You like him over me' he asked a bit shocked
'No I lust him didn't you read my necklace' I said showing him my necklace and then winking at Ryan
who laughed at me.
'Well hello Melanie' Ryan said in a flirty voice Ronnie turned around and gave him an evil look
'Haha I’m only joking Ronnie I would prefer you over Ryan any day, Sorry Ryan' I told him
'Good' Ronnie said hugging me again
I just looked at Avyanna and rolled my eyes she just laughed and went over to hug the other guys.
We went back to my place and everyone was in the kitchen.
'Mum guess who's back' I said running into the Kitchen
'Hello Ronnie how’s it going' she asked smiling when he walked into the room
'Yeah good'
'How was tour?' Matt asked him
'It was awesome but it’s good to finally be home' Ronnie told him and everyone agreed
The rest of the band member went home to go see their girls well everyone but Jacky and Ronnie
'Why aren’t you going to see your girlfriend for?' I asked Ronnie
'Oh I broke up with her' he told me
'Why?'
'Because she cheated on me' he said
'Oh I’m sorry' I told him giving him a hug
'Its okay I’m sure there is someone else out there for me' He told me quietly.
It was good to have my best friend back from tour.
