On Christmas Day, Lilly was saddened slightly. It was approximately 365 days since when she first encountered Elijah properly.
When it was 3pm, there was a knock at the door and it took Lilly a while to answer. She finally opened the door, only to see a box by the door, her name scribbled on top. She could hear a car drive away, but she never looked to see who it was.
She took the box upstairs, and opened it privately.
Inside was a four pack of tinned beans and a CD mix tape.
There was no note, but Lilly knew exactly who it was from.
