Life's Complications

The hospital called my mother and told her that the results won't be faxed today due to the excessive rain that accrued today. I mean, it's understandable. I drove to Lisa's to keep her company while Zach's in the airport. She was in the bathroom when Zach called.
"Hello." I said.
"Alice?" He said.
"Yep, Lisa's in the bathroom." I told him.
"Oh," He said. "Well, i'm gonna go on the plane now, so I can't really talk to her but tell her i say hi." He said.
"Oh, yeah. I'll tell her that." I said.
"Alright, I better go now." He said.
"Land safely." I told him.
"Thanks." And we hung up.
Lisa came out after approximately five minutes.
"Zach says hi, he's on the plane now." I informed her.
"Aw my baby." She said.
"Shut up," I said. "Give me one of your PJs, I'm so sick of jeans."
She ran to her closet and threw her PJ pants at me. Lisa and I always hated jeans, and we'd always change into something more comfortable the second we walked into each other's houses. I slipped my PJ pants on as Lisa did the same. As we were about to pick the movie, My phone rang.
"Hello." I answered it.
"Hey." Cameron said. "How are you?"
"I'm good, just playing dress up with Lisa." I told him.
"You're so not." He answered.
"Yeah, you are right." I answered.
He chuckled, "So, did you get the results?"
"No, the electricity went down over there due to rain." I told him.
"That sucks!" He said. "So, are they sending it tomorrow?"
"Probably, or not." I said.
"Ehem. So what are you really doing?" He asked.
"Movie night with Lisa." I told him.
"Oh my god, make up." He teased.
"Why? Jealous?" I asked.
"Yes, totally." He sarcastically replied.
"Listen, I gotta go. Lisa's giving me death glares again." I said.
"Ohh," Cameron said. "Good luck."
I chuckled, "Bye."
