Monochrome: His Favorite Shade of Gray

Image

Bryle Cardin sees the world in black and white. Everything's the same aside from the hues, tones and saturation. Nevertheless, his visual impairment does not stop him from becoming a renowned colored painter [ oh, the irony ]. He's quite a simple and ordinary man, if you ask him; he says he never wanted anything much in the world. Give him a brush and a palette then he's good to go.

Saidelle Bronte sees the world in various shades of red. No matter where she goes, there's blood being shed and veins running out of life supply. She's quite a mean and materialistic woman, if you ask her; she says she's wanted everything there is in the world. Give her a rainbow and she'd immediately locate the end of it, hoping for the in famed pot of gold.

So now you've got a color-blind painter and a woman who kills to live. Add that to a series of accidental encounters then mix it with raging hormones and fueled tempers before finally topping it off with intense love-making then you get the gist of Saidelle and Bryle's life in the form of an inedible cake.
