The imminent danger presented by the freedoms allowed to the Anima population by the current Government's ancestors has caused the rethinking of the decision. In order to ensure the safety of the people of Illurus, the order to revoke all rights and terminate the existence of the dominant Anima gene has been issued to all military, police, and officials throughout the Government's reign. The cruelty and severity of the decision has been fully taken into account; the only way to stop the threat is to rid Illurus of that which presents it.
Further instruction of the redistribution of land and other possessions will be discussed once the threat has been snubbed.
