She called me? She called me! Damn, I look terrible. I quickly showered and shaved and blah blah blah. I ran down the stairs and saw vic laying on the couch.
"hey, where you going?" he asked, sitting up.
"on a daaaaate," I cooed.
Vic gave me a look like I was crazy.
"sure it's not too soon?" he asked.
If only he new, "don’t wait up," I closed the door and skipped to my car.
I drove way faster than the speed limit to get to Kristi's as fast as possible.
