At that point, I really shouldn't have been shocked. After all, she did look a little like Sally, although I didn't know where the eyes came from. I couldn't say anything, I just looked at her dumbfounded. She smiled, and Jack smirked.

"Captain Jack Harkness, and you are beautiful." He said smartly, and I sighed. But the girl- October- just rolled her eyes. "I'm October Katherine Nightingale, and you're not getting lucky tonight." She smirked, and his jaw dropped. She turned around.

"Well, are you two coming? My mum and dad will be thrilled to know you've come round. It's been eighteen years, you know." She said sternly, not turning her back. "My house is just up there a bit, and I'll put the kettle on. Come on, then."
