"is this all of it?" My brother Frankie asked as he set the box on the floor.
i sighed "Yeah."
Frankie ruffled my hair. "Lighten up little sis. New town new life. Okay?"
"Right" i rolled my eyes.
Frankie walked out of the room.
i started to unpack the boxes and think to myself.
Why me? Why must my dad remarry to the homewrecking bitch? why must tony sign up for the marines? why would he leave me alone?
i stumbled upon a picture of me and my mom the day before she had died. my mom died in a car accident a year ago. i ran my finger along the picture and sighed. i cant wait till i graduate and travel the world.
