I'll Be Loving You All My Life

Gerard's POV

There was a faint knocking on the door. All three of us looked at each other. Lindsey got up, and I swear Lizi was going to have a heart attack when Lindsey opened the door and saw who was on the other.

“M-Mikey. What are you doing here?” Lizi asked.

Lindsey moved aside and let him in.

“Liz, please. I'm really sorry,” he whispered.

Lizi shook her head and let the tears fall. I wrapped my arms around her, and Lindsey came over and did the same.

“Daddy!” Aiden said.

She ran over to him and he picked her up.

“How are you, angel?” He asked her.

“Good,” she said, smiling.

He kissed her forehead and placed her down on the floor.

“Lizi baby. Please, I'm sorry,” he said moving closer.

Lizi wiped the tears off her face and shook her head.

“You 'ended' it between us, Mikey,” she said.

“No I didn't. I didn't say I wanted to break up,” he said.

“You broke my heart.”

“Let me fix it,” he said.

Lindsey and I stared at each other. Mikey's eyes were pleading. He did love her, more than anything. Lizi wouldn't say anything. She just cried into his shoulder.

“Mikey, I'm sorry. I love you,” she said.

“No, I'm the one thats supposed to be sorry. I love you, too.”

He kissed her forehead and wiped away the fallen tears.

“Stop crying, love. Lets go home,” he said.

Lizi looked at me and I smiled. She smiled and stood up.

“Aiden, get your stuff. We are leaving,” she said.

“But, its the bestest part!” She whined.

“You have this movie at home, love,” Mikey told her.

She frowned and stood up. Lindsey and I stood up and Lizi hugged us both.

“Thanks so much, guys,” she said.

“It's no problem, Liz,” Lindsey said.

They left, Lindsey and I put the blankets, pillows, and crib away. We laid on the couch, and watched the movie. I started caressing Lindsey's head. I felt her breathing calm, my eyes started to get heavy. Soon, I fell asleep with a small smile on my face.
