i hated telling my name to new people. Everyone is like 'Hey like Princess Leia' or 'like seriously from star wars?' yes my parents were huge nerds and named me from a movie from the 70s.
He smiled. "really?" he giggled out.
I turned back to my drink, still biting my lip.
"it's cool," he said, "I'm kind of a nerd about Star Wars."
I glanced over at him and noticed his padawan braid. I pushed back my own hoping he wouldn't see it.
I noticed his gauges and his tattoos. My inner fan girl started to show.
"hey, are you, Tony Perry?" my confidence lowered.
"the one and only," he smirked.
