Tohru’s Snow Angel
Compromise
Haru’s P.O.V.
Haru turned to the only person he knew would help him. He knew he would never in a million years hurt Momiji. He also knew Momiji while childlike and innocent would help him with anything.
So when Haru appeared at Momiji’s house, practically beggin him to help him tame Black Haru, he agreed under one condition. That he would give Momiji a basket full of candy. Haru laughed, that boy sure loved sweets.
Momiji didn’t want to antagonize Haru for no reason, but he made himself anger him in order to get a better grip on Black Haru. He knew how much he cared about Tohru and how much this meant to him. Momiji toughened up, yelling all sorts of obscenities at Haru and eventually the blonde’s words cut into him. He turned Black.
“Momiji, what do you want?” Black Haru asked a bit curtly.
Momiji frowned but kept a brave face. “The other Haru and I want you to get your anger under control. It’s hurting everyone around you, including you.”
Black Haru laughed evilly, “Yeah right Momiji. That rat deserved to get beaten up, in fact I’ll do it again if he messes with me or Tohru.”
“You nearly killed Yuki,” Momiji said softly.
“Wait, what?” Black Haru replied, actually looking worried.
“You heard what I said,” he repeated.
Black Haru let out a sigh, “I don’t want Yuki to die, but he’s become such a jackass lately.”
Momiji’s eyes widened considerably. Both Haru’s watched their language around him.
“Sorry,” he said.
“It’s okay. I know you’ve got a hot temper,” he replied.
Haru frowned, “Do not.”
This caused Momiji to laugh, “Do too! So, Black Haru if I make Yuki back down, will you be willing to give the other Haru more control?”
Black Haru frowned, but after a minute passed he let out a loud breath. “Sure, but that rat better be as good as a saint,” he said crossing his arms.
Momiji laughed, “I’ll talk to Yuki.”
Black Haru nodded and then he became the other Haru.
“What happened?” He inquired.
Momiji smiled wide and said, “Black Haru agreed to give you more control if we kept Yuki under control.”
Haru laughed, “That’s great! I knew I could count on you!”
Haru enveloped Momiji into a tight hug then. Momiji laughed, and his laughter was contagious. Haru laughed again and for once things didn’t seem so bleak.
