"You are officially the best cook in the world" he smiled as he finished his fourth barbecued pineapple.
"I know right, I would totally be a great housewife" I laughed as we started to put the BBQ stuff away, and by we I mean Zack
"So what film we watching?" I asked
"It's up to you birthday girl" he smiled
"I would say a few episodes of Criminal Minds but that would terrify me tonight, so grown ups?" I suggested and threw the DVD box at him. He loaded up the battery powered portable DVD player and I shut the tent
We curled up together because there wasn't that much room and watched about six films, drinking and eating anything we could reach without moving and by the time Back To The Future finished it was almost 3.30 am.
"You are the best friend any one could ever ask for you know" I whispered as I turned around and cuddled into Zack's chest.
"Hey, I sort of have something to ask you?" he said in a serious tone, scaring me a little
"I was wondering if you would like to come to a charity event my dads planning?" he asked hopefully, I'm not going to lie, I was expecting something more drastic then that.
"When?" I asked
"A week after school ends. It's just an excuse to silently judge rich people which is always fun" he said in an attempt to convince me
"It does sound fun" I thought out loud "But there's a lot to consider" I said sarcastically "I'll think about it" I said and he kissed my forehead.
"You'll love it" he said
"Are you going to tell me what was said at band practise?" I asked, it had been three months and I still hadn't dropped the fact that they were talking about me
"Still? I'm never going to tell you" he laughed, obviously amazed that I still wanted to know, I don't know why I wanted to know so badly, I just did
"Shit face" I pouted "I'm tired, night" I said before turning over and going to sleep.

"I'm tired, night" she said and rolled over, fuck. If she goes to sleep now I won't be able to tell her what I've been planning to tell her for the past three months and I'll probably not end up telling her for another three months.
I went to say something, anything but she cuddled into me and it was to perfect to potentially ruin.
