The New Queen

The New Plan

Anna wanted to write a book. And let’s be honest, it’s really not that hard. She had a concept in mind for this book, and since it’s just her life it wouldn’t be that hard.
She wanted the world to know more about her. She was a champion but she didn’t want to be an inspiration just because she was a champion. She wanted people to feel inspired by her story. She struggled a lot during her journey and she wanted people to know how difficult it was to be where she was. She didn’t at all want to glamourise the difficult life she have.
She wanted to write a lot, actually. She had the idea for the first book that she wanted to call ‘The New Queen’ and it would be just her road to Rio and all the ups and down and the depression and Pavel and all the new friends she made. The sequel to the book would be her journey to Paris and her mother’s death, short retirement, her comeback and all the relationships and bumps along the way. In the midst of all these changes she wanted to change her major.
She wanted to do an associates degree in Journalism. After that she could do more writing for magazines and do all the things she wanted to do just not with psychology like she had first envisioned. Her mom would still be proud of her. Anna took her life in her own hands and deserved a nice pat on the back for everything she’s done. Unfortunately she was no Michael Phelps and would get no trophy for winning nine olympic medals. Although she’s made a lot of records.
She started to write the book after she got home from Florida. She also made arrangements to go back to Michigan and even repaired her relationship with Sam. She was going to live a life without gymnastics. It would be hard but she was ready for it. She had dreamed up a life for herself.
Basically after Paris she wanted to write books and travel the world. She wanted to help young gymnasts but not in a coaching kind of way. She wanted to get married and have a few children and live a long healthy life. Maybe she would even get certified to judge gymnastics.
