In Case of Emergency, Dial 411

Creeps

“Hat off, Miss Olson,” Dorso Ordered me. It was then I was I didn't even care anymore. I had already gotten a referral that morning. I didn't think that anything could get worse until I noticed the creeper from my bus stop sitting in the seat next to mine and there wasn't any where else to sit. I groan and sat in my usual seat. Creeper smiled at me, I didn't give him the pleasure to return the gesture so I looked forward and shoved my refferal in a pocket of my bag. The period didn't seem to want to end. The for the rest of class the other students chattered lightly amongst themselves as they completed the assignments

"Hey," I heard the creepers voice but ignored him trying to complete my work. "Hey" he said again touching my shoulder I quickly shrugged away and glared at him "I just wanted to say sorry about what happened this morning I didn't mean to scare you"

"Yeah, heard you the first time, Creeper" I muttered without looking at him. I just continued to do my work.

"Excuse me?" He asked

"What?" I looked up from my papers.

"You called me a creeper" he stated

"I did?" I didn't mean to then again I never really had a good filter between my thoughts and actual words "yeah, so what?" I shrugged.

"That's not very nice" he said, smiling showcasing his perfectly white, straight teeth.

"I never told you I was nice"

"My names Jeremy" he extended a friendly hand to which I just stare at. Why was he being so nice to me? He's was obviously new because I had never seen him around before and the fact he was talking to me further proved it. "I'm not going to bite" he joked. I studied his face. He didn't seem fake the rest of the people at Western Heights. But I still didn't know him which meant I couldn't trust him. Besides I didn't want to make friends with the new kid. Within a few days or so he'd probably be harassing me like the rest of them.
