Revenge is the Least Bit of Our Problems

I woke up Mikes voice.
"Maddy, Maddy wake up!"
"What?" He was still holding me in his arms. I felt, I always afraid of Andrew. I always thought he would hit me if I didnt do something his way.

"I let you sleep for about 45 minutes-" I jumped up.
"What? Mr. Brian is never going to let me go now!" I exclaimed.
"Its okay. He went to his meeting right before Andrew showed up. And he still isnt back yet."

"Thanks." Mike smiled.
"No problem, but he should be back soon so. You better get back to work!"
"Yeah. Thanks Mikey"
"Hey Maddy?"
"Yeah?"
"Are you ok? You fell asleep crying and-"
"Im fine Mike. I knew that this was going to happen sooner or late."
"Okay"

Mikes POV

Maddy started walking out of the room.
"Hey. One more thing." She looked back at me, and said quickly.
"Yeah?"
"Um. Never mind." I couldnt tell her that I loved her, not now.
"Oh. Ok" She walked out of the room.

Normal POV

Mike seemed like he really wanted to tell me something.
Like something was really bothering him.
He has been acting really strange lately, but Im not sure what could be bothering him...
