After telling everyone what happened I went straight to bed. Jepha wanted to go with me, but I made him go to band practice with everyone else. When I woke up the next morning, he was already awake, laying next to me, eyes watching me.
“What time is it?” I questioned, feeling more tired than ever.
“Five thirty.” He stated, not even looking at the clock. I felt bad, that probably means he didn’t get much sleep either.
“Ugh, school.”
“You don’t have to go. I’ll call in for you.”
“No. It’s to close to graduation to skip now. And I have to get the room numbers for my finals today. But thanks for the offer.” I smiled, giving Jepha a quick kiss.
“Any time.” He smiled.
“Well, I should go get ready.”
“Okay.” He smiled at me as I walked into the bathroom to get ready.
