Many people hear of Medusa, a gorgon, and instantly think of a grotesque monster with snakes for hair and a look that can turn the onlooker to stone. Medusa however, didn't always look the way we know her to. Her life was riddled with pain and punishment, both of which were undeserved. This is the story of what happened. This is the story of how she was changed from a beauty to a beast.
