Black Damask
Chapter 16
“Ghost isn’t wearing a shirt at all, and Anna is wearing his. Devin did you get Anna pregnant!?” Balz shouted, Anna shook her head.
“No, but this does have to do with Anna,” I said quietly looking down.
“Well what is it?” Ricky asked
“Anna do you want to explain?” I asked, Anna shrugged her shoulders then barely said a “yeah”.
“The reason why Devin has woken you all is because of me, it is hard o say this but I do cut.” Anna gently said being disappointed of herself,
“Oh Anna, don’t be upset! We’ll always be there for you” Ricky said getting up and pulled her into him just holding her.
“Anna, you should’ve told us, we will always be there for you” Angelo said getting up to join Ricky and Anna in the hug, soon after we all joined Anna in a group hug to kind of say that we will be there for her.
“Thanks guys” Anna said looking down still as we all let go of her.
“Um guys, I was wondering if Devin and I could just have a day to ourselves?” asked Anna politely
“Of course you can! Come on guys, lets go to my house” Chris said getting all the guys up and they gave a hug and a kiss on the cheek to Anna and waved to me as they left,
“So how come you wanted a day to ourselves?” I asked Anna trying to make myself a little bit more comfortable by laying down on the couch
“I just wanted you and I alone for the day” Anna said joining me on the couch laying against me. There was a slight silence until I broke it,
“see the guys do really care for you” I said trying to cuddle up to Anna but she wouldn’t let me,
“Why did you have to do that?” she asked getting up from the couch
“Because I wanted you to know that the guys and me will always be there for you, we will be there to support you and let you vent to us” I said sitting up.
“Now the guys are just going to give me sympathy”
“No they won’t, don’t be silly, they will still treat you the same” I said trying to grab Anna’s waist to try and pull her over to me
“Will you stop that? And no, I know what will happen” she said tearing my arms away from her and started to pace
“Anna, stop” I said getting up to try and stop her pacing
“No no you stop, you don’t know what I have gone through” she started to yell
“Anna…. Calm down, just take a few deep breaths and everything will just-”
“No everything will not be fine” Anna said starting to push me to the front door,
“Anna, stop. Just let me stay” I said trying to sop her pushing me which I realised she could be stronger than me in some situations.
“No just leave Devin” Anna said still pushing me out the front door, I was starting to get sick of it so I said;
“Fine Anna, I’ll leave just text or ring me when your fine” and just walked straight out the door to go to my car. I got in and started banging my hands on the steering wheel
“Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck!” I yelled out, after letting off some of my anger and ended up driving off.
“No, but this does have to do with Anna,” I said quietly looking down.
