Luka was created to defend the elemental land, to guard it with her life against her natural enemies: vampires. Her and her pack of Pyralis wolves had everything under control until their fire God chose to expand the pack.

Now Luka faces the human emotions she so desperately wants to be rid of: all her anger, hate, jealousy and even love. With all the chaos going on at home, her pack loses sight of their main purpose and a war begins.

Can Luka finally let go of her human ties and become the lone wolf she always felt she should be, or will her emotions run wild and take her to places she never would have dreamed of going?
