There are few cities, utopias. There is a large corporation called Better Living Industries (BL/ind.) that strive to rule what is left of the world.
They use drugs to keep the population docile.
They hope to drain all the emotion from society, to make it colorless.
But there is a band of 'outlaws' fighting to keep the color in the world, and to keep the people free from BL/ind.'s evil clutches.
They fight for freedom.
They fight for independence.
They fight to keep color, emotion, love and hate alive.
They refuse to be slaves.
They refuse to be turned into mindless Draculoids.
They refuse to let the remnants of the world die.
They are the Killjoys, and they've vowed to never stop their defiance.
