Cinerous Drops of November Rain.

Upon The Rings Of A Stump.

To the hollow of the oaks, and the chestnut trees.
And the leaves that dance to the sounds of the breeze…
Beyond the brook, let the wind carry your troubles.
And with approaching December, our stillness will double.

For I am beyond Death, something so much more…
I am the snowy ashes that gather from your floor.
You see me bleed from the sunlight, and drift down to Earth…
As I gather upon your children, the ground shrivels to give birth.

We cried tears of mahogany, as Evergreen grew tall and strong.
Maple did the same as well, but sung the sweetest songs.
All of our beautiful brood, reached out to the heavens…
Pursuing after the disks of Saturn , with rings made of seven.

Night will be here soon, wearing its crimson cape of dawn,
Feel the somber, cool waters, with my dreams they shall run.
For now, We and Life will stop and meet a temporary halt,
To end such a still day beneath the sinking sun.
