Lainey Dawson and Mason Parker have a long history together. Being childhood friends, they were inseparable up until the seventh grade. Once puberty hit, and Mason started hanging out with a whole new circle of friends, Lainey realized she would never get her best friend back. Until her senior year, Lainey has barely seen or spoken a word to Mason, but with one minor incident, he comes catapulting back into her life. Now on the road that Lainey must travel fearlessly, she finds herself falling for a part of her past, hoping he'll become a part of her future. Little does she know, not everything is as it seems.
