Completely Unrelated

This book is all about coping. Coping with mental illness or just life in general. These skills are tested by an individual who has struggled with mental illness: myself. I write this for teenagers and young adults, but I believe that everyone can use these. Most mental illness books try to tell you what exactly is wrong with you and give you boring suggestions on how to cope. This will be different. It may be because this book is written by a not-yet-eighteen year old, or maybe just because I believe that it's easier to read more lighthearted things. So read on! Laugh, think, stay strong. Be yourself. Love yourself.
