I'm pretty sure that there was an instance that you were so frustrated or angry with someone, that you wanted any sort of revenge. It could be because a boy hurt you, or it could be because you were cheated. There are so many things that it could be. I know that I, for one, have had boy problems. To be honest, there are times that I just want to kick 'em in the crotch and be done with it.

Tip: If you're mad at your boyfriend/girlfriend, and still think the relationship might go somewhere, damage in "that area" is probably not the smartest choice. There is a chance that you might want a family at some point

Something that I have used in the past to get rid of some of my anger is to get a dry-erase board and either draw or print out a picture of the person you're mad at and put it up on that board. Get a Nerf gun with the styrofoam darts. Aim the gun at the board, or a part of the picture and think.

Ask yourself, "What do I want him/her to know?" or, "Why do I want revenge?"

Then all you have to do is shoot.

Tip: It's a lot more satisfying to yell, "BOOM!" when you shoot.
