In this action/adventure tale the world is in danger when a terrorist Adam Gregorovich plans to release a deadly toxin into the atmosphere, a toxin called Strychnine. Brendan Bailey is a cop/detective from New York who must stop Gregorovich to save New York City and the rest of the world.
