Every Time I Look

An hour drive home. I was half asleep when Craig told me .
He kissed my cheek. As we walked through the cold,I leaned on him. His apartment was welcoming. One bedroom ,small kitchen and bathroom. He had a huge couch and a black coffee table that acted like a dinner table. He needed pictures on his wall,and more things.
But it felt like home. I collapsed on the couch .
He sat beside me. We didn't move or spoke.
I stared at his flat screen on the wall.
"Come here, baby." His arm around me.
I sat on his lap ,looking into his green eyes .
Our lips inches away. He spoke softly "I love you, Green Tea."
This was too perfect. I hugged him close. Kissed his neck.
He rubbed my back.
"Say my name again ." I whispered in his ear. Not to be sexy; he was the only one who pronounced my name correctly.
"Tea. " he answered.
"I love you,roadie." I smiled. That was our joke.
"I'll be yours."
I kissed his neck, ears,lips. I took off his shirt.
" You sure?"
"Of course." It wasn't the first time. But he knew I was scared.... like always.
