Louis came then. He said he was sorry that all of this happened and Niall and Liam accepted his apology. Louis was their friend, they loved him too. He smiled at Liam and slipped into the kitchen to make lunch. Niall and Liam started a conversation, talking and laughing. 

Louis watched. He made the food and he walked over and he made sure Liam took a forkful. He offered some to Niall but for the first time Niall shook his head no. 

Liam ate his plate. 

And soon Liam was slumped over the couch. 

Harry came. Zayn came. 

Liam was taken to the hospital.
