Love You Like I Do

Discussion

"Come now, love," Ville said, standing from his kneeling position and held his hand out for Ava to take," We must head back now. Your mother is very worried about you."

Taking a deep breath, Ava nodded before placing her pale hand with Ville. Closing his hand around hers, Ville helped Ava to her feet before gently tugging her towards him. Wrapping his long arms around the blue haired beauty, Ville brought Ava close to his body.

"Everything will be OK, love. I promise," Ville whispered to her before placing his thin lip on her forehead.

Nodding her head, Ava pulled back and started into Ville's eyes. Ville stared back and couldn't help but get lost in the depths of them. Ava stared into Ville's beautiful green eyes and saw something in them shes seen many times before. They held love. They held care. They also told her that he will be their for her. And she would be their for him as well. Smiling, Ava leaned up and placed her red lips on his cheek and kissed it. Pulling back, Ava couldn't help but laugh at the lip imprint that was left behind.

Reaching up, Ava was about to wipe it off. Before her hand had touched Ville's cheek, Ville gently took hold of her wrist and brought it down.

"It's OK, kulta. Leave it. I'm not ashamed to show the world what a beautiful woman placed on my flesh."

Ava couldn't help but blush at his statement and Ville couldn't help but chuckle. Even in the moonlight, Ville could tell she was blushing like mad, and it made her look even more beautiful then ever before. Taking her hand and lacing their fingers together, Ville gently tugged in her arm, silently telling her to come.

And she did.

Walking beside him, Ava couldn't help but place her head on his arm. And Ville didn't mind at all.

Ville was right, Ava thought to herself as they left the park and headed back towards her parents home, everything is still basically the same.

"Ava," Ville said after a moment of silence.

"Hmm?" Ava mused, looking up and the Finnish man.

"How the hell did you run in heels?" He questioned, slightly confused.

Ava couldn't help but laugh a little at his confused look as his eyes flicked back and forth for her to her heels.

"That, my food sir, is a secret I will never tell. But," Ava said when she was the pleading look he was throwing her way,"they do say a woman who can run in high heel should be feared."

The statement made Ville laugh. Shaking his head, Ville wrapped his arm around her shoulders and brought her closer to his side. Wrapping her arm around his waist, Ava and Ville walked up the steps of her parents home before opening the door.

As soon as she did, she was brought into the arms of her sobbing mother.

"Oh Ava," April cried, holding onto her little girl tighter,"I'm so sorry we didn't tell you sooner."

"It's OK mom. Really," Ava said, wrapping her arms around her mother and gently rubbing her back," it was a surprise when you told me. Ville explained it a bit more and I understand. Still confused, but I understand mom."

"Oh thank goodness! April exclaimed, sniffing before pulling away from her daughter and wiping away the tears that fell from her eyes.

"What are you confused about, though?" Phil, her father, asked his daughter as he came over and wrapped an arm around Ava's shoulders.

"How I'd this going to happen? Ville is on tour a lot. How are we going to get to know each other some more and plan a wedding?"

"It has been arranged for you to come on tour with me. After tour is over, we'll be heading back to Finland and plan the wedding,"Ville said, smiling at his new fiancée.

"Oh, Ok," Ava said, smiling at Ville before frowning a bit.

"Why the frown, kulta?" Ville asked, worry coated his green eyes.

"I hand no ring," Ava said, lifting her left hand.

Laughing with a shake of his head, Ville walked towards Ava as he pulled out a black velvet box. Getting down on one knee, Ville opened it to reveal a beautiful black and dark blue diamond ring. The center was a black diamond in the shape of a square and clustered around it were small, circular back and blue diamonds. It wasn't too flashy, and she loved it.

"Will you?" Ville said.

Smiling, Ava nodded her head.

Taking hold on her left hand, Ville smiled widely at her before slipping the ring on her her finger. They could see the flashes of cameras, but they paid no mind to it. They only had eyes for each other at the moment.
