What Can We Say, We're Classy Girls

021: Riley ~ I'd Do Anything When it Comes to You

Riley dropped to the ground on the other side of Sydney, not long after Aoife.
"You wretch." The creature growled.
Sydney gave it a sly smirk, "You are trapped."
When she blinked, she used Aoife's energy to bind it within her mind. It disappeared and she sank into a trance.

Riley's body ached and ever twitch of her muscles sent a new wave of pain through her. She couldn't remember what had caused her body to ache this way, but whatever it was; she was gonna gank it twice, bring it back, then do it again. Opening her eyes she was shocked to see the high school emblem staring down at her. Gritting her teeth, she lifted herself off the floor and took in the scene around her.

She was standing in the lobby of the front office, but instead of being able to see Eagle boulevard outside the hugh glass doorway; it was black. Turing around she noticed that the actual office doors were sealed short and the right hallway entrance was too. She turned to her left and stopped a sneer lifting her lip.

'Castiel' stood in the doorway with a fiery look on his face. Its blue/black eyes stared Riley down, it face morphing into a faceless mask. If Riley blinked she wouldn't have noticed that the Creature's disguise was washed out here. Here...as in Sydney's mind....they did it! They trapped that fucker!!

"Ha,"She couldn't help the bark of laughter that escaped her and was thrown at the Creature. Its eyes flashed with anger but It didn't move an inch. It continued to stare Riley down as the witch smirked proudly. Oh, this couldn't have gotten any better!

"Not so clever now are you," The witch mocked as she stepped towards the Creature. It didn't say anything just stood in the entrance way as black and blue flames rose in It's eyes, "What? No snarky comment, no "silly little Riley." Do you finally realize I'm gonna kick your ass then kill you slowly." The witch stepped right up into It's face and the Creature smiled.

"Let's have some fun, shall we?" It blew in Riley's face; Spit coming and and forming a black veil over her eyes.
"Ugh," She wiped at it furiously looking up to see the Creature had gone,"Son of a bitch!" She yelled before taking off after it.

—————

"Son of a bitch!" The boys heard Riley's voice yelled the curse word. They watched Sydney's grey eyes flash with intensity that only their white/blonde haired Witch could muster. Even they had to admit that it was weird how this whole thing worked. All three women were in some sort of...trance. Aoife looked high, her eyes were glazed over and she sat stock still. Her right hand gripping Sydney's while her left hand held Riley's. Riley, herself, was out she didn't move, didn't react and the only way the boys knew she was alive was her deep breathing. Dean stayed standing behind the white/blonde haired woman's body. Every nerve in his body wanting to wake her up. This shit was just to intense, both of the brothers could feel the magic being used.

"where the hell are you?" Riley's voice come from Sydney once more.

————

Riley stood in the middle of the school's cafeteria peering at every entrance way, "Where the hell are you?" She yelled loudly. clenching her fist she felt it heat with magical fire. She had to make a choice; stand here and yell or go look for the bastard.

*Think Riley,* The witch jumped at the sudden appearance of the voice/body. It didn't look as solid as it usual and it mirrored how Riley herself looked instead of some goofy outfit, *Just close you eyes and feel with your magic.* She raised an eyebrow but did as the voice/body said, Closing her eyes she shut off her mind and just let herself feel. A tug from her inside her stomach pulled her left but she kept her eyes closed and just followed the direction. Her footsteps were slow and steady she begun to move with her magic. Then the ground begun to shake around her and Riley almost lost her footing. Her eyes sprang open and widened as she noticed the change of scenery. She wasn't in the high school anymore; instead she stood in the middle of a maze. The walls were black marble, almost an onyx shade and so smooth she could see her reflection. Reaching out to touch the surface a blue spark lit up her finger tips and sent a shock through her.

Gasping, Riley yanked her hand back and looked at the marble structure up and down, "Sydney your mind is one fucked up place." A laughter rang around Riley and the woman's ears perked at the high noise. She knew that laugh...taking off after the noise the witch took to many wrong turns. A left here, a right there, but still he got stuck at a dead end. Her temper begun to rise until she remembered what the voice/body told her to do. Closing her eyes Riley let her magic lead her to the origin of the laughter. She felt another tug and followed it; a quick right, long left, a right, another right and then three left turns before the tugging finally ended. The laughter enveloped her as she opened her eyes once more and felt her stomach drop.

A young Sydney swung from a tire swing attached to an oak tree as a young Aoife moved her hand in a back and forth motion. Both little girls laughed with pure innocence and long forgotten happiness.

"Riley!" Young Aoife smiled a cheeky smile at Riley. The witch stared at her in confusion before the memory came back to her.
"I remember this day," She stepped forward and watched as young Aoife stood up and ran away from the young Sydney. The child psychic jumped from the swing before running after Aoife as both girls headed towards a large lake. Riley followed the young guls, her memory already telling her what was going to happen next.
"Riley can swim, can't you Ri?" Aoife looked at Riley with admiration.
"Totally, Ef," Riley said the word that her past self had said.
"But.....you couldn't," A silky smooth voice broke through the lake's water. The with almost fell backwards as a near perfect replica Sam Winchester stood in the middle of the lake. Near perfect because he had stormy grey eyes instead of his sweet, hazel eyes.

"Sam..."
You couldn't swim could you Riley? You jumped into the lake and nearly drowned yourself," Young Aoife and Sydney begun to scream at the top of their lungs. Both young girls to afraid to jump into help their dear friend. Riley watched as her younger self fought for air, her small, toothpick arms struggling to keep herself above the muddy water.
"I-"
"It was the one time in your life when you couldn't help yourself. When your life was almost taken from you and you were actually scared to lose it." 'Sam' spoke to her in a voice that sent chills down her spine.
"I don't understand—" She watched as her younger self succumbed to the dark waters and fell below the surface.
"You lost your childhood innocence that day," Aoife and Sydney were crying hard enough to sound as if they themselves were drowning. Aoife's small hand held out to the water's edge, "But you also gained a bond." Little Aoife kept yelling Riley's name, her small childish voice stronger then it should be. Sydney gripped Aoife's hand and yelled her drowning friend's name just as strong. The witch gasped as her younger self was expelled from the water to land on the ground next to the sobbing children.

"But I thought-"
"Your mother and father didn't want you three to remember that much use of power. The bond of soul sisters is strong, even in such a young age but it is also very dangerous." 'Sam' Came forward towards Riley and stood in front of her, his chest just brushing he witch's, "Its because of your death and use of such strong power that your child like innocence was ripped from you." 'Sam' touched Riley's forehead and a soul wrenching pain gripped the witch's body as she collapsed to her knees. "If you continue through this mind maze to fight that Creature, you'll lose more then just your child like innocence." 'Sam's' smooth voice warned Riley.

The witch lifted her head in agony, "I don't care," She spat, "I have to get rid of this bastard," The 'Sam god' looked at the woman once again before nodding. The ground shook again and Riley hing her head and closed her eyes. When the ground stood still she lifted her head and opened her eyes to gaze up at the black marble maze walls. The witch winced as she lifted herself from the ground and continued on. She didn't need to close her eyes to feel the magical pull it pulsed through her body and pain bearing waves as she stumbled forward. She couldn't stop, couldn't let it get to her or she'd let Aoife down. That is who this was all for, who it is always for. Her little sister who means the world to Riley who she'd give her life for in a heart beat.

"Come on, blondie," A man's voice spoke next to her ear. The blue eyed woman nearly jumped into the maze wall but managed to keep herself steady. She looked to her left and couldn't keep a smile from forming. A man with short, buzzed cut brown hair and jewel blue eyes walked in unison next to her. His dog tags thumping against his chest with each step he took. Riley looked at her old friend with a heavy heart and a lump in her throat. He turned and looked at her too, "Blondie, if you don't hurry up we'll never get there," Drew's voice was like a sweet knife in her chest.

"Drew," He grabbed her hand and pulled her along behind him. The marble ground soon turned into grass and her converses disappeared as her feet became bare. Her ratty blue jeans were replaced with swimming shorts as her John Cena T-shirt changed into a black bikini top. She looked at Drew and noticed he was in swimming wear as well, black trunks and a Go Army shirt. It didn't take her long to remember this memory as it hit her full frontal. It was the last day before Drew was deployed for the last time asn they had spent it together. They had managed to get away from Aoife, Oliver and Sydney and hung out in a random field near Normandy lake.

"I din't think they'll find us," Drew grinned his familiar charming grin.
Riley smiled, "No...they won't." Drew looked at her with an intense stare. His jewel blue eyes a light with a side of himself Riley loved to see. In the memory Drew had kissed the witch, not caring about the seven year age gap. In the memory Riley and Drew fell into each other and Riley gave him her first time. In the Sydney's fucked up mind 'Sam' showed up again and Drew fell to the ground. A bullet would visible in his forehead as a dribble of blood leaked down from it.

"I told you, you'd lose more then just your child like innocence," He stood next to Drew's head as Riley stared from her first love to 'Sam'
"I don't get your fucking games," 'Sam' shook his head.
"No game to get. You enter this maze, you accept the consequences. Drew Madlow— your very first love, technically, the other man you loved other than-,"
"Shut up!" Riley lifter up her hand and threw fire at 'Sam.' it just fizzled out before it could ever touch him.
"Save your power, Riley, I just came to ask if you still wanted to go on." The witch didn't answer just glared at the Sam look alike, "Very well," He touched her forehead again and the soul retching pain engulfed the woman once more.

————

Dean walked out of the room, his knuckles white as his fists clenched tight. He couldn't keep hearing her scream...

"You okay, son?" Joe was standing by the kitchen sink a cup of...something in his hand, "Whiskey." The older man lifted the cup once before taking a drink from it.
"Do you mind?" Dean motioned to the cup and Joe shook his head. He poured Dean a glass and watched as the eldest Winchester slugged it back.
"You had to get away from the girls," Dean didn't make it a questing but the older man responded with an answer anyway.
"Listening to Riley scream...not knowing whats going on...I couldn't do it." He took another swig of whiskey.
"Same here," Dean poured himself some more and leaned back against the counter.

Joe looked at the hunter from the corner of his eye, "You care about my niece don't you?"
"Of course, sir, I care about both of them," Dean took another swig.
"Not what I asked. You love my Riley," The Winchester nearly choked on his alcohol. He gave the older man a wide eyed look, "I know these things. Just like I know that angel of y'alls and Aoife love each other and Riley loves you." Silence fell round the two men as Riley's voice let loose a string of profanities.
———

"Son-of-a douche-ass-mother-fuckin-monkey-raper!" Riley held her stomach as a wave of nausea crashed over her. Her vision was blurry and her body shook from the pain. She stayed flat down on the marble ground, not caring that the magical tug inside of her was adding to the pain. She should have known Sydney's mind maze wasn't going to be easy, but this...this was just pathetic.
Gripping her stomach in a tight fist, Riley forced herself to stand up and continued on. Her head was pounding, her muscles tense, but she knew she was no where near done. The tug led her down four left turns and a sharp right that ended at a dead end wall. Well, damn.
"I think you led me wrong," She said out loud.
"Nope." "Sam" was back again, his unnatural smooth voice running down the walls and pooling at Riley's feet.
"Let me guess, 'Do you want to continue?' Guess what! I do! So go the hell away." "Sam shook his head at her and stepped up to the wall. He touched his hand to the marble surface and closed his eyes. The wall melted to the ground, revealing a black entry way.
"Uh..."
"Forward Riley, I warn you though, this section of the maze...just keep your head up." "Sam" disappeared and the witch looked back at the black entry way. "Heads up, gotcha..." Clenching her fist, the witch entered.
The darkness swallowed the witch and starved her of light. When she turned to look at the exit. It was gone.
"Hell," She cursed before summoning an orb of light and holding it above her head. She couldn't make out the walls or a floor; it seemed to just be made of darkness. Continuing forward, she ignored the tightening in her chest. The walking was too closed in for her liking, and it was too quiet around her. The light she cast wouldn't grow to surround her, and the witch stopped dead in her tracks. She looked in front of her as hard as she could but saw nothing. Clenching her jaw, she moved forward with hesitant steps. Something touched her back and sent a chill of fear through her. She continued on, but the fear grew inside her chest as yet another touch slid down her back, followed by a cackle of laughter. Her footsteps stopped as a figure came toward her. It was dim at first, but, as it stepped closer to Riley's light, she became engulfed with terror.
It stood at 6 feet and its face was rice white, bright red hair stood out from its head as a painted on smile curled into an evil grin. Riley's scream caught in her throat, her lungs bursting for oxygen. The clown stepped closer to Riley and the witch yelped while taking a leap backwards.
"What kind of games does wittle Riley like to play?" It lunged for her and the witch burned its fingers. The clown stepped back and she took the opening. Running as fast as her pain riddled body would let her, she took off down the walk way. She could hear its footsteps behind her and fear sped her up.
"Oh come on, Riley, let's play." It caught the hem of her shirt.
"Hell no!" The witch threw a shocking spell at it and sped down the walk way. Her breaths came in more furiously as she slowed her feet and listened. Nothing, "Damn." She bent at the waist and took in lung fulls of breath before raising up...and freezing. Something touched the top of her head, something with a lot of legs. Looking up, the witch let out a blood curdling scream as a very large beetle-like bug looked down at her. Before she could blast it, she heard a disgusting, toe curling clicking noise coming toward her. Hundreds, upon thousands of little, medium and large bugs of all kinds were heading her way. The witch screamed at the top of her lungs before taking off. Throwing spell after spell at the creatures from hell. The white/blonde haired woman begged for it to stop. The bugs began to gain on her; she could feel them crawling up her legs and tangling in her hair. Fear clogged her throat and radiated down her body.
"Oh wiley..." The clown's chilling voice sounded above the scuttle of bugs' movements. Riley pounded down the dark maze, throwing spell after spell against the horrible creatures. She sped up faster, legs screaming in protest as her lungs fought for air.
"Shit!" She almost stumbled, which allowed the bugs to cover her and the clown to stand at her feet.
"Oh Riley..." She shook her head frantically, whimpers escaping her ad she let out weak spells.
Riley, stop sending spells. The voice was inside her head. Breathe and think, build your magic up...build it up! Her fear clogged her focus, but a rational feeling came over her. Riley shook from the feel of the clown's hands and bugs legs, but she let her mind go blank.
Build your magic. She reached inside herself and found the tap to her magic, allowed it to wash over, and let it go.
———

Castiel felt the crashing blow of magic before Sydney's body convulsed and Aoife gasped. The woman's body stayed sill as they continued the trance, but Castiel could see Riley's body changing. Not really her body, but the woman inside it, her soul. The angel's eyes looked over her as the youngest Winchester paced.
"Anything change?" Dean asked as he re-entered the room and crouched at Riley's side. He touched her shoulder and shivered, "I can feel the magic."
"I hope she's beating the fuck out of the creature." Sam muttered.
———

An eerie calm touched the witch's ears as the clown's voice and the scuttle of bugs disappeared.
Open your eyes; a hand touched Riley's cheek and she flinched. They're gone, Riley. You have to get up and go on. The calm deepened, causing the witch to relax before opening her eyes. She was in Gramma and Joe's living room, but none of the furniture was in the room.
"They're gone..." Riley looked around the room uncertainly. The brightness of Sydney's mind sun shined through the windows. It created a false cheer through a room Riley had spent a lot of her time in. With small, careful steps, she moved forward out of the room, touching the door frame.
"Ow!" The same shock that Sydney's maze gave zapped through her hand, "Bitch!" She held her hand to her chest. Stepping through the threshold, into the hallway, she stopped dead. "Sam" was looking at the wall, his arms folded over his chest.
"What now," Irritation filled Riley. "Sam" turned to Riley and sighed, "What's the one thing you love more than Aoife."
"Nothing."
"Lies will not get you out of this, Riley. Who do you love more than Aoife?"
"I don't-"
"If your strength is still inside you, you'll make it through this and you'll find the creature...just..." "Sam" disappeared right before Riley."
"Son of a...way to be cryptic you ASS!" She yelled loudly. Turning back to the living room, she almost ran into Dean. confusion was etched on her face as the eldest Winchester held her steady, "Dean..."
"Hiya Riley," His goofy grin spread across his face, causing her heartbeat to rise.
"What're you-"
"I wanted to help. It was killing me not knowing what was happening, so I...tagged along." His face was off, so was the air she got from him.
"-but..."
"I hate it when you get hurt Riley, baby." He pushed her against the wall almost painfully; his fingers gripping her upper arms in a tight hold, "I can't stand it when you put yourself in harms way. You do it all the damn time though, God, Riley. Can't you just stay out of trouble!?" His grip was going to leave bruises if it became any tighter.
"Dean your...fuck—hurting me." She pushed against him but couldn't get him to move. Pushing against Dean Winchester was like pushing against a wall.
"You hurt me all the time," He pulled her from the wall then slammed her back against it. Her head rebounded off the plaster, sending stabs of pain through her skull. Her vision grayed around the edges, her knees going weak, but she pressed her hands on his chest and said the stunning incantation. Dean doubled over in pain; his screams hallowing Riley's stomach.
"Dean..."
"Bitch." The Winchester cursed. The witch's eyes narrowed before she leveled a kick in his stomach. He groaned but tried to pull himself up. Grabbing at Riley's legs as she sent a punt to his skull. Falling down, the hunter groaned and Riley bent down to him, "What fear are you? Huh,"
"Riley," Dean's mouth was covered in blood.
"What torture do I have to go through? What does that "Sam god" and Sydney's fucked up mind want me to go through before I can reach the creature," The dead before her barely managed to pull himself upward. He leane against the wall ang coughed up more blood. The blue-eyed woman winced at the crimson colored fluid and the look of pain on his face.
"Riley..."
"What do I have to do." The weakness in her voice was evident. It shook her own person more than the bugs and clowns. Dean's deep green eyes held Riley's deep blue one; a cold air brushed down the witched back.
"I love you." Dean coughed. She couldn't respond to him. Those words caused an uproar of unwanted emotion inside the woman. Untouched desire lit up inside her heart as she reached forward and wiped a line of blood from his chin.
"What do I have to do."
"I love you,"
"What do I have to do," Dean closed his eyes once before opening them to look at the floor next to her. Dropping her eyes, she saw a knife. A simple one with a black grip and a ridged edge, "Dean..."
"Do you love me Riley?" Another cough and something tore inside the witch, "Do you..."
"Dean..."
"Tell me Riley, Do you love me?"
"I-"
"Sam" materialized next to them; she looked up at him. His grey eyes bore down on her with a cold, emotionless stare. Bending down he grabbed the knife and Riley's hand and placed the handle in her palm, "What-"
"What's the one thing you love more than Aoife? What's the one thing you would kill yourself to a voice..." Dean coughed and screamed as he grabbed his ribs. Riley's eyes shot back to Dean, "I-"
"Riley," "Sam" curled her fist around the knife. Dean screamed her name again as more blood flowed out of his mouth.
"I...I can't...I want-"
"He's suffering because of you, Riley. Because you did this, because you can't admit your biggest fear. Do you Riley? Do you love Dean because you're the one that did this." "Sam" spoke ever word in a dry monotonous voice, his words tearing something inside Riley once more. She held the knife up to her eye level, watched as "Sam" disappeared and cringed as Dean screamed once more. The soul retching pain started in her stomach as she touched the blade's tip against Dean's heart. His deep green eyes bore into tear pooled blue orbs, "Riley."
"I love you, Dean." She plunged the blade into his heart and screamed as Dean cried out one last time.
———

"I love you, Dean." The eldest Winchester paled as the words floated around the deathly quiet room. Then a scream pierced his ears. He ignored his brother, Gramma, Joe and Cas's stares and looked at Riley. Touching her unmoving pale hand, ignoring the power surge, he squeezed it.
"This is it," Riley's voice wobbled out of Sydney once more.
———

A door appeared before Riley, a simple wooden door with a black Victorian knocker and a peep hole. Her shoes squished from Dean's blood and her body ached, pulsed, pounded—however you wanted to describe it. She avoided looking down at his body, at the one person she loves...She cautiously reached out to the door and slightly brushed it with her finger tips. The shock didn't rear her back; this false door was charged to piss Riley off. Gripping the door knob she turned it but it stuck. Locked. Pulling her arm back, she looked the door up and down. Assessing its stability and hold. Rearing her leg back, she kicked at it but it didn't budge. Her eyes ignored the blood stained footprint.
"How do I open you...?" Looking over the door once more, she decided to test something. She reached fore the knocker, lifted it and banged it against the wood. Nothing happened at first, then, Sydney's voice... Sort of her voice...It sounded like a stuffy British woman, spoke through.
"Password."
Riley raised an eyebrow, "We really need to stop reading Harry Potter..." Shaking her head she thought about the possible password. It was a Syd door, a door created from Sydney's muffed up mind... "Sam."
"No." FUCK!
"Moped?" Come on...
"No." DAMMIT! She stopped and thought over it. She knew her friend. Knew that she would choose something random, but known. Something everyone would suspect but never say... "Penis," It didn't deny her, but when she tried the knob, it was still locked. She stayed still, focused on the door, on the word and thought hard. She knew this, but something was off. Come on, Riley. Think, bitch, think... How is it off... "Oh my God." Looking at the door, she convulsed her body and threw out the word penis.
"Indeed." The false voice granted her access and the door swung open. Stepping over Dean's body, she went through the door and jumped when it slammed shut.
The room she was in reminded her of a Roman battle arena, just missing the Roman battle gear. She walked forward in it, each step causing agonizing pain to radiate through her body. The "Sam god" said that she would find the creature in here, but where was it. When she scanned the room, she couldn't see any placed for it to hide. She guessed it could just pop up like it usually did. Of course, this could also just be Sydney's mind maze fucked up way of "testing" Riley again.
She paced back and forth, her eyes scanning the arena...waiting...
"I loved watching you suffer," Castiel's voice sounded from the corner of the arena. The witch turned on her heel quickly and caught sight of the creature. Her lip lifted in a sneer as she stared it down. The creature stepped toward her and smiled a joyous smile, "It was truly enriching to see. NOW you know how I've felt these past few weeks. How...pained I've felt not being able to have MY Aoife."
"She's not YOUR Aoife," The white/blonde haired woman growled.
"She is mine!" It yelled loudly. Its visual mask of calm ripping away as a horrible face shined through. A face that would haunt the very depths of Riley's subconscious for the rest of her life. Before she could blink, Castiel's face was once more in its mask. She didn't react. In here it had less control, in here Riley's powers were amplified...in here, it wad going to die.
"Since we're going to be fighting, I was thinking of just the right way to punish you, to cause you suffering." It paced in front of her, rubbing its chin. Riley's eyes followed its every move, every twitch, "Dean...no, Sam...you don't see him that way, or do you...Oh! I know." It stopped and looked at Riley with the eyes.
"What the hell-" The witch stumbled backwards. The creature no longer wore Cas, he now wore a man with sandy blonde hair and deep blue eyes. A man who had Riley's smile, Riley's nose...her height and lanky build... It caused suppressed memories to explode in her mind in dangerous episodes. The man holding Riley's hand as she started pre-school, the same man kissing her forehead as she coughed from the flu. It stirred an emotion inside Riley that was somewhere between anger and sadness. The creature had chosen Riley's father to wear.
Lifting her lip in a growl, the witch launched herself at it, tackling to the ground. Her fist warmed with magic as she landed punch after punch into its face. It tried to deflect them, but it was still in shock from the attack. The magic left burns across its flesh as her fists slammed into it.
Pushing against the witch, the creature was finally able to wrestle out from beneath her and back away. Riley threw a fire ball at it, then, a stunning incantation. The creature tried to deflect them, but it was a fraction too slow. Falling to the arena floor, its breath left it in a pained, "oof."
"Sickle," Riley's projection powers weren't as strong as Aoife's, but it was enough to form her beloved weapon. Its curved blade gleamed black as she stepped toward the bastard. It sneered and moved away, "No!" It spit loudly. It lunged for the woman, who stepped out of the way—but it still caught her legs. She fell to the ground with a loud crash, her sickle falling from her hands and landed a good foot away.
She reached for it, but the creature grabbed her arm. It put its weight on top of her, letting its body pin Riley to the ground. She started to say, "Repel," when a fist slammed into her ribs and she felt them give. Pain exploded in her chest as the taste of blood filled her mouth.
"Bitch," The creature cursed. Riley coughed and tried to move, "I will kill you...using your own magic." It slammed her ribs again, causing the witch to cry out. It lifted up at the cry and lifted its arm, "This'll be fun." It cooed before plunging its hand into her chest.
———

Riley's body convulsed and her scream rang through Sydney. Blood appeared on the white/blonde haired woman's lips. Dean stared at the deep crimson color, "Check her body." Joe ordered. The Winchester looked at the eldest man, "Do it." He obeyed and ran his hands over her.
"Damn."
"What?"
"At least four ribs are broken...how the hell-" Riley's body convulsed again as yet another scream left the psychic.
———

The creature's hand twisted inside her chest, its fingers gripping her heart, "I'm going to burn your heart, Riley Lightmen." Its mask faded and that horrible dark face grinned wickedly. She felt it begin to warm, felt her lungs start to close in on themselves as her heart began to heat under the creatures hold. Despite the agonizing pain, her eyes began to droop. Her vision went grey, and black dots danced in front of her. She could feel her life leaving her and guilt bubbled in her stomach.
She was going to die, after everything they'd been been through...this was how she would die. Aoife would be killed by the angels and Sydney discarded back to her life. Gramma and Joe would have to bury her body...the Winchesters would go back to savage hunting. She would fail everyone she loves simply because it was using her power against her. Her own magic...Wait! Her own magic... Willin the sleepiness to leave her mind. She closed her eyes and, through the pain, felt the magical tug.
"What are you doing..." She let her mind think of Aoife and Sydney, let her magic search for theirs inside this mind trap. The creature growled and tightened its grip, her eyes watered and a whimper left her, but she still pulled her sister and best friend's magic to her. She felt the friends magic to her. She felt the shock that the maze walls gave her travel from her fingertips to her heart.
"Ah!" The creature tugged its arm out of Riley's chest, but the witch caught it and held it there.
"Y...ou bastard," Her voice shook, "You fucking twisted freak of n...ature," The creatures eyes widened, "Die, you douche-ass-bitch!" She let their combined magic flow through her, her vision turning white as it was released from her and the creature yelled in rage.

Aoife was the first to wake up from the trance. She fell backward and gasped for air, her hands falling from her two friends'. Gramma and Cas were at her side, helping her sit back up. Sam brought her a glass of water. Sydney was next, awakening with a loud, "Vagina!" and deep breaths. Sam dropped to her side, handing her her own glass of water and wrapping an arm around her shivering shoulders.
"I saw it die," Aoife spoke in a hushed tone. Her chocolate eyes fell on Riley, who was still out. Joe was pressing a hand to her ribs, Dean rubbing her hair. The petite woman noticed that she wasn't breathing...
"Riley!" She cried out. She rushed to her sister's side, Sydney following after. Joe's face was grim as he moved so Aoife could sit by her sister, "What's wrong?"
"Her ribs are broken...right before you came back, she stopped breathing." Dean's voice was husky as if he had been crying, but the witch saw no tears, just red eyes.
"I can feel a heart beat," Joes murmured. Aoife touched Riley's chest and felt for a heart beat. It was there, but barely.
"Let me do it," She muttered.
"I can-"
"Josef," Gramma leveled a look at her husband, "Aoife's magic is stronger." He was reluctant, but he dropped his hand from his neice and allowed the mahogany haired woman to heal her sister. It wasn't as strenuous as the gunshot wound, but it did cause Aoife to waver. She held strong though until Riley gasped for breath, then cried out and curled in on herself. She watched as the toughest person she knew curled into a ball and cried like a baby. Her body convulsing with tremors of pain.
"Riley." Sydney was crying as well. She touched her shoulder and the crying ceased, "I put her to—penis—sleep." She said once before falling against Sam and falling to sleep herself.
Joe lifted himself up, "Dean, carry my neice to her bedroom, please." He left before Dean could answer and they all heard a door click.
Gramma kissed Riley's cheek, "I'm gunna go console him. I'm happy it's over." She left the room and a silence fell over the group. Sydney's deep breathing settled over everyone, and Riley's struck a chord inside them all.
"It's really over." Aoife spoke. Castiel came to her side and touched her shoulder, she turned into him. The angel didn't hesitate to wrap his arms around the petite woman. Dean lifted Riley into his arms and made his way to the stairs.
"Dean." Aoife stopped him. He turned to look at her, "Yeah."
"Don't leave her alone tonight, I'm going to crash on the couch and Sam will carry Sydney to my bed."
"Will do." He felt a weight drop in his stomach. He carried the tall bed, stripped to his boxers, then laid down beside her, "I love you." He said so low that not even the wall heard him. Riley turned in her slumber and buried her face in his chest. He flicked off the lamp, closed his eyes and—for the first time in weeks—fell asleep.

Sorry it took so long. I—Funsize—had BAAAAD writers block. I couldn't finish my chapter because of it, and I didn't want to post Randa's chapter without mine coming soon after.
