Darling You'll Be Okay

Jaime's POV
Waking up in the Fuentes house in the morning was a relief. I woke up to the sound of Vic's alarm and with my hands around Vic's waist. I looked at him and smiled. I then nudged Vic to wake up as I got out of his bed to turn off his alarm.
"Vic." I whispered while crawling back into his bed. "Vic." I crawled on top of him and peck his lips. Vic grumbled and rubbed his eyes and opened them to see me.
"What a beautiful sight to wake up to." Vic's sleepy voice was so attractive! Vic smiled then stroke my face to pull me in for a deepened kiss. We then heard a knock on Vic's door and I froze.
"Relax baby. It's Mike." Vic pecked me on the lips and got out of his bed and started to look though his closet.
"What's up Mike?" Vic yelled to let Mike know that he can enter the room.
"Goodmorning dudes! Just wanted to let you know that mom made chorizo and egg burritos for breakfast." Mike said with a burrito in his hand and his face stuffed with chorizo. "Jaime, you too. You're basically family!" Mike smiled though his full mouth and left Vic's room. I couldn't believe that I'm apart of their sweet, caring, understanding family. I finally felt loved. I sat at the edge of Vic's bed in amazement. Vic came over and put his hand around and held me.
"You okay?" Vic said smiling at me.
"Yeah." I said staring into Vic's mirror. "It's just that-" I stopped speaking cause I was trying to hold back the tears of joy. "I finally feel loved, Vic." I stared at Vic with tears streaming down my cheeks. Vic wiped the tears away and leaned in for a kiss. Vic's kiss was gentle and tender like he didn't want to fully embrace our kiss to make it into a make out session, instead he wanted this kiss to be passionate and he wanted me to feel even more loved and it was a success.
"Jaime." Vic looked into my eyes and ran his fingers though my hair. "You've always been loved." He smiled and stared into my eyes. After breaking our embrace we decided it was time to start getting ready for the day. We spent the next half hour or so getting ready for school.
"You ready to eat babe?" I went toward Vic as he was fixing his flannel in the mirror and wrapped my arms around his waste.
"Yeah." Vic looked at me, smiled and pecked my lips. We then intertwined our hands and made our way downtown to the kitchen to get our burritos. Mike already ate two and was now stuffing his face with fruit snacks. Vic put our burritos on a plate and put them in the microwave to heat up.
"Mike, you ready to leave?" I loved how Vic was always there for Mike.
"Yeah. Can I wear one of your beanies?" Mike looked up and stared at Vic.
"Sure! You know where they're at." He smiled as Mike made his way up the stairs.
"You're such a good big brother." I said as Vic handed me my burritos.
"I try." Vic said before taking a bite from his burrito. "I think I try."
I laughed as I kissed his cheek. "You're a great big brother." I lightly grabbed his waist and pulled him closer to me. I crashed my lips onto his and he let out a small chuckle. He bit my lip and I couldn't help but to moan a little, lip biting is the shit for me. I traced his lips with my tongue and he quickly opened his mouth. I pushed my tongue with his. We got tongue tied for a little while until we pulled away. Gasping for air. I rested my forehead with his own.
"I love you," I panted.
"I love you too." He smiled.
"Forever?"
"And ever." He kissed my nose and we finally pulled away. Mike came running downstairs smiling.
"Thanks bro," He mumbled as he walked over to his food. "Oh and by the way you guys make out loud." He winked and I looked down, feeling my cheeks heat up.
"Oh shut up, I don't say anything when you and Christina bang all loud and stuff." Vic rolled his eyes.
"Hey, hey, hey!" Mike said, pointing his finger with his mouthful.
"She isn't expensive Mike, you can't rub your dick all up her shit!" Vic laughed.
"She is too expensive, that's why I'm with her and bang her." He winked.
"She's obviously cheap if her standards are you." Vic said in the most serious tone of voice.
I fell to the floor laughing, dying, I can't breath oh my god! See Vic this is why I love you. Once my laughter died out, I got up and continued to eat.
"Alright big brother you win this round." Mike mumbled under his breath eating his burrito.
"Don't I always win?" Vic chuckled and put his plate in the sink. "Well come on we got to go or we're going to be late. Mike and I both nodded and washed our dishes. We grabbed our stuff and headed out the door. Vic quickly locked the door and we headed to his car. Mike got in the back and I slid into the front. The drive to school wasn't long at all. It was really quiet and Vic and I just held hands witch was great. Once we pulled into the parking lot Vic and I kissed each other one last time.
"I love you," I said in between the peck.
He couldn't help but to smile. "I love you too," Vic smiled more widely and we quickly got out of the car.
We walked up the stairs and into the building we're our first was. We said goodbye to Mike and we headed off to Forensics class. Ugh this class is so boring, but at least I have it with Vic. We took our usual seats and the bell rang.
"Alright class lets get that quiz going!" Mr. Douglas bounced.
The whole class groaned as he passed out the test. Thank god I know what to do and stuff. I looked up at Vic and smiled. I gave him a thumbs up and he let out a small giggle. The test was placed in front of me and I took out a pencil. I wrote my name on the top and sighed. Alright this should be easy.

"That test was a little harder than I thought." I scratched the back of my head and sighed.
"I'm pretty sure you did good though babe." Vic smiled as we headed down the hall.
"How do you think you did?"
He sighed. "Good, I hope."
I shrugged as we walked into our health class. I set down my soccer bag and back pack.
"Oh yeah I forgot there's no practice today cause you're trying out!" He snickered and sighed. The bell rang and Mrs. Arbizu walked up to the front of the class and began the lecture. I took out a piece of paper and a pencil.
'I really wish you could be there later.' I wrote down and quickly slid it to Vic.
He took out a pencil and began scribbling away on the paper. After a moment he put the pencil down and handed it to me.
'I know, I'm sorry my love, I wish I could be there too. But I can't because.. yeah. I don't even want to think about it ew. Just I hope you do great. Even though I know you'll very much kill it! But still good look baby.'
I smiled and picked up my pencil. 'You're so cute babe, I just want to hold your hand all day. Stupid school and the stupid people.' I passed the paper back to Vic and he smiled. He passed it back to me.
'Me cute? Pft not. Your'e the cute one love. I promise. And ugh I know, ew people go away, I really just want to hold your hand too.'
I looked up at Vic who only smiled. I picked up my pencil. 'I love you so much.'
I handed it to him and he quickly replied and passed back the note. 'Aw no I love you more.'
He slid it back to me and I smiled. 'Remember, you and I both promised forever. Jaime, I'm keeping that forever. Even if you decide to not keep it I'll always still love you. I've been in love with you since 7th grade, you're the best and I'll never find anyone like you.'
'You're the best I swear. How am I so lucky to have someone as wonderful and amazing like you?'
I slid the paper back to him and a hand snatched it.
"Why are you two passing notes while I'm teaching?!!" Mrs. Arbizu yelled. "Is it that important, do you want me to read it to the class?!"
My eyes widened and I gulped. "Please, please. Don't read it out loud, I promise I'll pay attention, just please don't read it out loud." I pleaded. Oh shit please don't read it out loud.
She looked at me and unfolded it. "I'll see if it's worthy for the whole class."
I looked at Vic who looked like he wanted to cry. I gave him an 'I'm so sorry' Look and he mumbled 'it's okay.' I looked back up at Mrs. Arbizu, who's eyes widened and her cheeks tinted a light red.
"Oh, I see." She smiled and winked. "See me after class you two, I want to talk to you guys." She plopped the paper back on my desk and I sighed. I looked at Vic who seemed confused but I'm guessing he was just as relived as I was. I looked at Mrs. Arbizu who couldn't help but to smile at the both of us. After that little scene, the class flew by rather quickly. Before I knew it the bell rang. Everyone got up and headed out the door.
"Vic, Jaime. Stay." Mrs. Arbizu called.
We both froze and walked over to her. We sat down and she stood in front of us, smiling.
"So, you two are, together?"
I looked at Vic who smiled slightly. "Yeah." Vic nodded.
"I think that's so cute, aren't you guys best friends?" Her smiled widened.
I nodded. "Uh well yeah."
"Do you're parents know?" She asked.
"We'll actually no, I'm to scared to let them know that I'm gay, I wouldn't know how they would handle it." Vic sighed and I grabbed his hand.
"That seems to happens a lot, do you plan on telling them Vic?" She was now staring at Vic.
"I honestly don't know," Vic looked down. "I mean the only people that know is my other best friend Tony and my little brother Mike, and well now you. They seem to have taken the fact that Jaime and me are together well."
"They should be nothing but supportive." She nodded. "Jaime do your parents know?"
"No, they wouldn't accept it or me anymore and that is a known fact. " I mumbled.
"Well," She sighed. "If you two ever need anyone to talk to I'm here okay? I love the both of you guys, and it's so adorable you guys love each other. Seriously I wish you two the best, but I'll rage hell on you two if you do bad."
We both laughed. "Thanks Mrs. Arbizu, that means a lot."
"Now off to class go you two!"
We both got up and ran out of the class room. I said bye to Vic and sprinted to my Algebra two class. I walked in and took my normal seat in the back corner. I looked at the time. I already wan't class to end ugh. Just let it be lunch so I can be with Vic already? I groaned as the bell ran. The teacher handed out a packet and the class soon begun. Ugh great, worse part is that I really hate math.

"Jaime come on man hurry you can't be late to try outs!" Tony rushed me as I was tying my shoes.
"I'm rushing." I groaned.
"Dude come on Diaz def won't like you if you're late!"
I tied the last of my shoe, I grabbed my soccer ball and my goalie gloves. I sprinted down to the field with Tony closely following behind me.
"What spot you going for?"
I looked at my gloves. "Hopefully goalie cause wow I'm really good at it, if not like I don't know somewhere on the field, but I'm really going for goalie."
Tony nodded and we headed onto the field. We looked at out and not very much people we're trying out. I gulped and I felt my palms becoming sweaty.
"Come on I'll do some practice drills with you." Tony patted my back and we walked over to this spot.
We started kicking the ball back and fourth to each other, you know we all need to warm up. I picked up the ball with my toe and kicked it forward.
"Oh okay Mr. Fancy over here." Tony laughed. "Seriously save the showing off until you're on the team, got it? Trust me."
I nodded and kicked the ball to Tony again. "I hope I do good Tone."
Tony stopped the ball with his foot and shook his head. "If you play like how you did with me, and how you easily kicked Vic's ass at the beach, and he's the best the school's got dude trust me you'll be fine."
"Perry!" We both turned around to hear a deep, angry sounding voice. "You just love soccer to much to leave the field huh?!" This man clapped his hand on Tony's shoulder and laughed.
"Actually I'm here with my best friend Jaime because he's trying out today, you know some moral support and all. Diaz that's Jaime Preciado, he's better than our beloved captian. He's also his best friend. And he's so much better I'm just saying. So now he's decided to give our school his talent."
"Oh really, what possition do you play son?"
I looked up. "Goalie and center sir."
"You trying out for both?"
I nodded. "Yes sir."
"Let me see what you got on the feild, square off with Perry all I'm asking is for one point."
"Diaz, I said he can beat Vic like nothing, he can so kick my butt."
"Hush up Perry and take your position." Diaz demanded.
Tony shrugged and grabbed the ball. "I'll kick to you Jaime."
"Got it." I stuck my thumb up.
Tony kicked the ball high in the air and I stopped it with my chest. It dropped to the floor and I quickly sprinted up the field. Tony attempted to kick the ball away from me but I quickly kicked the ball forward with my right foot and caught it with my left. I ran towards to where Tony was originally standing and stopped the ball with my foot.
"Uh would this be goal?!" I screamed across the field out of breath.
"You're good man, you're good!" Tony said as he held his hands to his head, smiling.
I kicked the ball back to him and quickly jogged to him. I patted his back as we both stood there smiling. We turned our attention back to Diaz who looked amazed.
"You are really good as Tony puts you up to be," He nodded. "However, we still have to see your other skills so come on we're starting right now." Tony quickly hugged me.
"Good luck man."
"Thanks," I mumbled.
"I'll be over there with Amber if you need anything okay?"
I smiled as I was walking away. "Thanks Tone seriously."
He nodded and walked off. I watched him jog over to Amber and she came running towards him, she leaped into his arms and he spun her around. I sighed and looked at the worlds cutest soccer couple. I wish I was with Vic right now. But right now soccer because well Vic and I have to be a soccer couple like Tony and Amber. The couch blew the whistle and we all went to the baseline. Well here we go.

"Oh my god you did great!" Amber gasped as I walked over to them from the locker room. "Oh yeah hi, I'm Amber excuse me my manners can go out the window."
I smiled as Tony threw me a towel and water bottle. "Thank you, and that's okay. Hi I'm Jaime."
She quickly hugged me "It's nice to meet you."
I couldn't help but to smile, Vic was right she's the cutest thing in the world. "Nice to meet you too."
She giggled and grabbed Tony's hand. "Tony boo I'm tired, carry me?"
I bursted into laughter as Tony's cheeks turned red. "Tony boo? That fits you nicely."
He flipped me off as he stopped and Amber jumped on his back. He groaned but you could see that he actually enjoys caring her. They're so cute. "Thanks baby." She smiled and kissed his cheek.
"Anything for you my love." He mumbled as we started walking towards Tony's car.
"So Jaime do you have a girlfriend?" Amber asked.
I heard Tony snicker as I rolled my eyes. Oh god Tony shut up. "No I don't."
"Why not? You seem like a great guy." Amber said, her tone more like shock.
Haha because I don't like girls. Haha. "I don't know." I shrugged. "Just don't have time for them I guess."
Tony laughed even harder as I slightly pushed him. "Shut up Tony!"
"I'm sorry but that's just funny." Tony laughed.
I rolled my eyes. "Whatever.
Amber looked at us, confused I'm guessing. "I'm so confused."
Tony quickly kissed her "Nothing baby it isn't important."
And it seemed that was the only thing she needed to stop asking questions. Thank you Tony, you are your lips are life savers. We finally got to his car and we all got it. Me in the back and Tony and Amber in the front.
"Oh Tony, can you sleep over?" I asked.
"I don't know can I babe?" He turned to Amber.
"Of course, I got dinner for my grandparents birthday tonight anyways." She smiled and kissed Tony. "Just be sure to text me, I'll miss you." She pouted. Tony quickly kissed her nose and she giggled.
"Of course I will, and I love you cuteness."
"I love you too babe." She grabbed his hand and Tony began to drive. Aw they're so cute. I just miss, I miss Vic. I want him here with me right now so I can kiss his nose when he pouts. Speaking of Vic we should let him know our plan.
"Oh yeah don't forget to call Vic so he can know we're going to trash his place." I chuckled.
"Oh yeah got it." Tony looked at me and winked. I stuck my tongue out at him and rolled my eyes. Well at least one thing for sure, I'll be able to see Vic.

Vic's POV
I adjusted my bangs out of face as I looked at myself in the mirror and sighed. I took out my phone and looked at the time, 4:00 my 'date' starts at 4:30. Great. I banged on the wall as hard as I can. There's no practice today since its try outs and I just want to watch Jaime try out and sit and laugh with Tony on how he looked like what we've been planing to do. But no not today I have to go on this fucking stupid ass date that I don't fucking want to go on with this annoying insane bitch- woo, I'm letting my anxiety take over. Chill Vic, just chill. Should it be that bad? I mean, sure Allie is a okay friend I guess but ugh I don't know what to think. I just want to be with Tony and watch Jaime. I looked down at my black (and tighter than usual) skinny jeans, with one of my plain red button up shirts that I tucked in with my pants. I walked over to my closet and put on my black cardigan, and my red vans. I looked at myself and sighed.
"Allie doesn't deserve me being this good looking!" I groaned, starting to feel a little more frustrated as the minuets get closer and closer to this disaster. Fucking Mike, I so hate you right now for this. I grabbed my wallet and saw a picture of Jaime and me on my desk. I couldn't help but to smile as I picked up the picture frame and gently kissed Jaime's face. I put the picture back down and walked out of my room and downstairs to where Mike was sitting with his girlfriend Christina.
"Aw Vic you look cute!" She awed.
"Thanks." I managed to smile. "What do you guys have planned out?"
"Taking her to a local show, then to dinner." Mike snuggled into Christina and I smiled.
"Well I'm off you two have fun." I waved off and walked out the door. I walked to my car and unlocked it quickly sliding into the front seat. I turned on the car and took out my phone. She better be ready by the time I get there.
To Allie: Hey I'm on my way :)
I rolled my eyes and pushed send. I backed out of the drive way and made the very quick drive to Allie's . I parked the car and walked over to her door. I knocked on it at least three times. I waited there, second by second feeling more like an hour. The seconds that past by made me miss Jaime even more. I jumped a little as I saw the door swing open, and Allie was standing under the door frame. Allie is a very pretty girl, I have to admit that. Gay or straight it doesn't take a genius to see how pretty she is. And she did look really pretty right now with how little make up she has on, and a nice black fitting dress that went to her knees, although her shoes can be better; I looked up at her and smiled.
"Hey you ready?" I asked her while slightly scratching the back of my neck.
She smiled "Vic you look really good."
"Thanks same to you." I grabbed her hand and led her to my car. I opened the door for her to be "gentlemen" like as to make matters a little better for myself. She mumbled a thank you and I nodded and walked to my side of the car. I slumped into the seat and small, heavy, annoyed, sighed escaped my lips. I remember Jaime and mines first date and he held all the doors open for me or how he opened the door, it was a small gesture but it made my heart basically melt inside my chest. I've never adored anyone so much in my life except for Jaime. I love him so much, I've been in love with him for years and-
"Vic?" I heard Allie ask.
Ugh. "Yeah?"
"Are you okay?"
I nodded "Yeah yeah, I'm fine just thinking about what I have planned for today that's all." I turned on the car and started to onto the rode.
"You can choose whatever cd you want since we have some what of a drive." I mumbled as I kept looking forward. I slightly looked at her as she grabbed my cd case and looked back ahead.
"Oh god you have Taking Back Sunday?!"
I rose my eyebrows, a little shocked. "You like them?"
"I love them! I saw them a few months back and oh my god fucking amazing live!" She said as she put the cd inside of the stereo.
"Yeah they're great! Ugh I know what show you're talking about, I missed that to see The Used. Do you listen to them?"
"No I don't."
I frowned. "Oh they're like my favorite band right now if you like Taking Back Sunday then you have a high chance on liking The Used. They're great."
She smiled. "Ah, I see. Well then I just have to give them a go now."
After about a good ten minuets of nonsense chatter and Taking Back Sunday to keep my mind off things, I finally pulled into the place where we will be spending the next few hours. I parked the car and looked at her.
"I really hope you don't mind bowling." And it won't really matter if you mind anyways this only last a couple of hours and ill be off to cuddle Jaime in my bed away from you.
"Nah, bowling is cool." She mumbled and managed to smile, but I could see the trace of disappointment on her face. Well Vic score! I got out of the car and she quickly followed. We walked into the bowling alley and went up to the place where they get your shoes. We ordered them, got some food and went to our lane.
"I'm so going to beat you!" Allie snickered.
I rolled my eyes. "Yeah we'll see about that." I grabbed both of us a bowling ball. "Ladies first," I smiled.
She took the ball and threw it down the lane. Not normal, now she put it over her head and threw it. I stood there, my mouth hanging open. The ball slowly rolled over to the gutter and I can't help but to burst into laughter.
"Dude no offense but you suck."
She rolled her eyes. "Oh shut up its not like you can do any better."
I grabbed my bowling ball an walked up to the lane. "Actually I can."
I took a deep breath. I swung my arm and the ball released from my grip, it rolled to the pins and knocked all of them down. I whaled my arms in the air and spun around on my heels, and couldn't help but to dance cause woo strike!
"Haha beat that!"
She groaned. "Ugh it's not fair you're good at everything."
I chuckled. "Not true, I suck at basketball, hockey, golf, and tennis." I laughed and took a slice of pizza that I got for us. "All you got to do is swing your arm like I did." I said threw a mouthful of pizza. I looked up and the screen and pointed to the lane. "Your turn again." I poured myself some lemonade and took another bite of pizza witch tasted good because I'm starving! Ugh. I love food so much. She went up and swung the ball. It popped out of her hand and the ball came rolling to me. I got up and quickly picked up the ball, walking over to her.
"Dios Mio," I shook my head. "Well we have to get your grip good dude."
She sighed and snatched the ball away from me. "Okay."
"I'll be back there if you need anything dude." I walked back and sat down. I took a sip of my lemonade and sighed. I really hope she gets the hint that I don't like her. I mean for fuck sakes I keep calling her dude. I looked up and Allie came back, shaking her head. She sat across from me and pouted.
"I suck at this."
"Pouting won't get you anywhere." I laughed as I handed her a slice of pizza. "Don't worry you'll be fine, just chill for a minuet and have some food."
She looked at me and from the pizza in my hand and took it. "Yeah there's no rush at all."
I took another bite and smiled threw the pizza in my mouth. "Yeah ha right no rush at all dude." I took another bite and swallowed it quickly.
Bad eating habits down, I keep calling her dude, and I'm not letting her win. Yeah she should get the hint, I hope.

"Thanks Vic, I actually had a good time." Allie said as we walked up to her front door. The bowling aspect was fun, the her part er not so much.
"Yeah, I had fun too." I leaned down and kissed her cheek. Ugh. "Goodnight."
"Goodnight." She smiled and walked into her house. I sighed, running back to my car as fast as I can before she can come back out like in one of those stupid romantic movies and kiss me and just ugh not today Allie! Or ever in that case. I unlocked my car and practically jumped inside, hitting my head on the roof.
"Ouch fuck!" I grumbled as I rubbed my head. Ugh.
I shook my head ignoring the throbbing feeling and took out my phone, what? I have a miss call from Tony, what could he want? I clicked on his contact and pushed call and put the phone up to my ear, the phone dialed out and it rang a couple of times, seeming forever before I heard Tony's voice and I couldn't help but to smile, only hearing Allie's voice for a couple of hours was exhausting.
"Hello?" I heard Tony question.
"Hey man you called?"
"Yeah, dude. Jaime wants to know if I can sleep over."
I smiled even harder. "Yeah of course that would be great, my head hurts from so much Allie." I groaned. "Anyways I'm on my way, should be there in five minuets."
"Alright we're already here, Jaime's in the shower and I'm on the couch."
I laughed. "You can go up in my room."
"Nah it's okay I'll just wait." Tony mumbled.
"So how did he do?" I asked.
"Oh my god, he killed it, Diaz was so impressed it wasn't even funny. Looks like you have to share the spot as captain Fuentes." He chuckled.
"Hey I'm glad it's with my boyfriend." I shrugged.
Tony laughed. "Yeah well hurry up dude! Get your ass to you house right now !"
"Okay okay Jesus I'm on my way then."
We both hung up and I threw my phone on my lap. I put the car on drive and started heading down the road to my house. Tonight should be fun. Ecstatic actually. My best friends and I are having the first sleep over, together. It's great. I finally pulled up into my drive way and turned off my car. I got out and ran to the door. I unlocked it and barged in. I slammed the door and looked it. I looked around and saw my parents weren't home yet, I think they went out. I ran to the living room to see Tony laying on the couch, playing with his phone.
"Where is he?!" I gasped.
Tony sat up and chuckled. "Upstairs lover boy."
I flipped him off and ran up the stairs. I opened the door to my room and saw Jaime inside changing into some of his clothes. I ran and tackled him onto the bed, laughing as we both fell back. He slightly groaned as I crashed my lips onto his.
"Hey babe I've missed you!" I kissed his forehead as he smiled.
"I've missed you too love." Jaime wrapped his arms tighter around me as I rested my head on his bare chest. Counting and listening to each of his heart beat one by one, allowing him to lay here and breathe and love me. The heart that has mines, the heart that I love with all of my own. The one that belongs to Jaime Preciado and only Jaime Preciado. I kissed his heated chest and sighed, quickly getting up.
"Come on, lets go back downstairs before Tony ends up ditching us." I smiled as I helped Jaime up. "Tone told me you did good."
He shrugged as we headed back downstairs. "Eh I did alright."
"Lies Preciado you know they're lies!" I laughed as I laced our fingers together. We walked down stairs to see Tony in the kitchen grabbing on anything he can get. "Dudes I'm starving!" He groaned as he took out some chips and a soda.
"Well, we would cook but we would most likely burn the house down." Jaime shrugged.
"Oh how about we order pizza?!" Tony suggested.
I sighed. "Even though I had some earlier but yeah okay that would be great."
Tony took out his wallet "I'll put $10 on it?"
I took out my wallet and pulled out a $20 "Jaime you can get the rest right?"
Jaime nodded and began to walk upstairs. "I have to go into work Sunday." Tony groaned.
"Sucks for you! I go in every other weekend. Don't go in till next weekend." I smiled as Jaime came back down with his wallet. "I'll put $10 too." He handed me the bill and I slipped the money into my front pocket. I took out my phone and quickly ordered it. Once that was done we all sat down on the floor. I curled up next to Jaime while Tony sat across from us.
"So how are things with you and Amber?" I asked.
"Couldn't be better, she was their with me to watch Jaime's try outs haha! And we have a date tomorrow for our two year anniversary."
Jaime and I both awed. "That's so cute."
Tony looked down, blushing. "When's your guys official date?"
I looked up at Jaime. "What was the date of last Sunday babe?"
He thought for a moment and smiled. "January 15th."
"Then the 15th is ours."
He smiled and nodded. We heard a door open and close and the sound of Mike's voice asking if anyone was here.
"In the living room!" All three of us shouted.
"Oh hey dudes." He smiled and sat next to Tony.
"I thought you and Christina were going to stay out later, not till only nine." I chuckled.
"The show started at five, ended at sevenish, after we went to dinner and I stood at her house for a little if you know what I mean and now I'm here."
We all laughed. "That's so nice to know that you got some." I laughed as I buried my face into Jamie's chest.
"Oh hush you're acting like you and Jaime never- er wait never mind I don't want to know." Mike shook his head as I laughed harder.
"Have you guys tied that love yet, by the way?" Tony asked.
Jaime nodded. "Yeah."
Mike made a gagging noise while Tony awed.
"Well, as long as you guys are happy right?" Mike smiled.
I leaned up and quickly kissed Jaime. "Yeah, I'm happy."
"Oh yeah how did it go with Allie?" Mike asked.
I sighed. "Okay I guess, we went bowling. The whole bowling aspect was fun but just minus her." I snuggled into Jaime more as he pulled me onto his lap, kissing my shoulder. Oh god how I've missed this so much. I rested my head on his shoulder while he rested his hands on my waist. The door bell rang, must be the pizza. I handed Tony the money and he went to go pay for the food. He came back with three pizza boxes and sat them down on the kitchen counter. We all got up, Jaime and me hand in hand and we grabbed some pizza. We sat back down on the same spots we were in.
"So," Tony said threw a mouthful of pizza. "What movie do you guys want to watch?"
"I don't know," I mumbled threw some food. "You and Mikey can choose."
Tony nodded and walked over to our rack of movies. He gasped while he took out a movie case.
"Oh god you guys have Ninja Turtles!"
Mike laughed. "No offensive Tone but you sounded more gay than Vic over there."
"Hey! It happens with Ninja Turtles!" Tony defended. "Do you guys want to watch it?"
We all mumbled a sure and Tony put the movie inside the Xbox we had downstairs. He handed me the tv remote and I put it on the right channel. Tony set up the movie and I got up.
"Aw we're you going?" Jaime pouted.
I leaned in and gently kissed his nose. "To get blankets, love. Ill be right back."
I ran upstairs to my room and grabbed three blankets, it's pretty cold, or it's gonna get cold. I ran back downstairs and tossed a blanket to Mike and Tony and I walked back to Jaime and sat on his lap, laying the blanket across us. I curled into him. I laced our fingers together and I felt his lips press against my head.
"Jaime?"
"Hmm?" He mumbled, resting his chin on my head.
"I, I love you. You do know that right?"
He giggled as he held onto me tighter. "Yeah, I do. Do you know you're the best thing to ever happen to me?"
I smiled. "The best thing?"
He pulled my face in for a quick kiss. "Yeah, the best thing."
I smiled and turned my attention towards the movie. And it's in the moments like this, even the smallest things I can say is that they truly mean more. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now. Even if I'm watching ninja turtles with Tony and Mike. It's just the best thing in the world. And I couldn't ask for anything better.
