Love Is Forever

It has been 1 month since Sid and I got back together. Things had been going good for us. I really missed him not being there, I fell asleep in his arms every night. ( well when he was in town.) He moved back into the house.

"Come on boys we have to get ready." I said to my two sons that were sitting on the couch watching t.v.

"Why mommy? Were are we going?" The asked

"Were going to see Daddy play." I said with a smile

"Really?" they asked jumping up and down

"Yes and if you two behave I promise I will get a goal for you." Sid said smiling at them.

"Promise daddy?!"

"Okay!" they said running into their bedrooms to go get ready. A few minutes later they came back out. I was wearing skinny jeans and a black silk top. My two sons each came out in their Crosby jerseys. They looked so cute in their jerseys.

"Ready boys" I asked grabbing my cell phone and purse

"Yes!!! Lets go!" They both yelled as they ran to the door. They ran to our ranger rover and I helped them up and buckled them into their seats.

I talked to a few of the wives and girlfriends of the players. Everyone told me how much they missed me. Everyone seemed very welcoming. The game was about to start so the boys and I grabbed three seats in the front of the box.

I grabbed Brent and put him on my lap.

"Look Brent there's daddy." I said pointing to Sidney on the ice.

"DADDY!" he yelled as he clapped his hand. I saw the smile on his face grow. I was very happy that I was back with Sidney. The boys needed to be around there father. I really missed going to Sid's games. I was a penguins fans even before I met Sid. I wanted to watch the games so much, but it was just too painful for me to watch.

"Nicole your on the jumbo tron." one of the girlfriends said. I looked up and there was a split screen of me and the boys and Sidney looking up at the jumbo tron and smiling. I just smiled and told the boys to wave. They did, and a few seconds later Sidney was waving. It almost brought tears to my eyes how sweet that moment was. It was a big deal in the newspapers that Sidney and I got back together, I have no idea why anyone really cared, but they did.

The game started and Sidney was playing amazing!!! I have never seen him play that good!

About 2 minutes into the game Sidney scored!!! He celebrated with his team, and our two sons were jumping up and down clapping.

"daddy!!!" Brent yelled. I was shocked that he realized that is was his dad that scored, but he did. Not even two minutes later Sidney scored again. Once again the two boys started jumping and clapping. They were so happy. Seeing them so happy just made me smile

It was the end of the first period. I let the boys go play with some of the kids in the bow, and I went to go talk to some of the people there.

"Oh Nicole we missed you. How have you been?" Kris Letangs girlfriend came over to me and said

" I know I missed you too. I have been really good Jessica how have you been?" I asked smiling

"I am really good. Kris and I got engaged." She said as the smile on her face grew.

"You did!! Oh my god congratulations! Let me see the ring!" I said.

She showed me the ring, it was beautiful but not as beautiful as mine of course.

"Oh its so pretty!" I said as I gave her a hug.

Then a moment later some blond with fake boobs walked by and gave us a pissed off look.

"Who is that?" I asked having never seen the girl before.

"Its Jordan's new girlfriend Diamond." She said glaring back at the girl

"That's his new girlfriend?" I asked a little shocked and disgusted.

"Yeah she is such a puck bunny. She used to sleep with Ovechkin!" She said sounding just as disgusted as I did.

"What?! Oh my god her name is seriously Diamond. That has to be the most obvious stripper name I have ever heard." I said

"Oh trust me I know. She acts just like a stripper too." She said rolling her eyes.

"wow he can do better than her." I said

"Yeah I know."

The second period was about to start so I went to get the boys and sit back down. Pittsburgh won the puck and Jordan passed it so Sidney and Sidney scored! Hats went flying on to the ice. The boys were going crazy jumping up and down and I was even going crazy. Once again the showed us on the jumbotron with a split screen of Sidney. He looked so happy, I haven't see him that happy in a long time. I was so proud of him, I just couldn't help but smile.

The game ended with the Penguins winning 5-0!!

Sidney scored three times and Jordan had a goal and Kris Letang had a goal! It was amazing. Sidney was the first star of the game. They interviewed him right after the game. They showed him on the jumbo tron and I couldn't help but smile.

"Sidney you did an amazing" the interviewer said

"Yeah it was an amazing game. The team played great." Sidney said still beaming

"Now Sid we don't want to get into your personal life, but do you think the fact that your wife and kids are here today helped you scored those goals?" the interviewer asked.

The smile on Sid's face grew and he nodded his head.

"Yea I actually promised my sons that I would score a goal for them. I scored one for each of you guys. I love you Nicole, Brent and Sid." Sid said the smile on his face growing

"Well congratulations Sidney and good luck."

"thanks man." Sidney said and walked down the hall to the locker room.

"Daddy!" My two boys said as the ran over to the father in the locker room. Sidney got down on his knees and opened his arms and hugged them. He lifted them up and held each son in an arm.

"Hi boys! did you like the game?" Sid asked

"yes daddy! you did so good!" Sidney Jr. said kissing Sid on the cheek.

"Thanks boys." he said putting them down. They ran over to Jordan and Jordan picked them up.

I walked over to Sid and gave him a huge kiss. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his around my waist.

"you did so good babe." I said as we broke apart from our kiss, he just held me. I loved it when he held me.

"Thanks babe. I scored one for you." he said with a smile, I leaned down and kissed him again.

Sid and I let go of each other and walked over to Jordan and our sons who were sitting there.

"Hey Jord great game." I said smiling at Jordan

"thanks Nicole." he said smiling back at me.

"alright ready boys? were going for ice cream!" Sidney said and our two son

"yay ice cream!" they yelled as the ran to the door.

"I will meet you in the car." I said to Sid as he walked over to the door.

"How you doing Jordan?" I asked

"I'm good Nicole you?" he asked

"I'm good. I haven't talked to you in so long."

"yeah well you have your husband back so you don't need me anymore." he said looking down at his shoes.

"Jordan- " I said but he cut me off

"No Nicole its fine. I'm good. I have a new girlfriend. things are good."

"Yeah I know. I saw her." I said in a tone that sounded disgusted, but I didn't want to be rude.

"What you didn't like her?" he asked

"I don't really know her. But she did roll her eyes at me." I said

" Yeah well that's because shes pissed your with Sid." he said

"why would she be pissed. She seemed like she did her share of hockey players. "

"Because they fucking slept together. when you were separated"

"what?!" I asked as the tears rolled down my face.

"I'm sorry Nicole. I shouldn't have said that. It just came out."

"No Jordan its fine I'm a big girl I can take it." I said as I got up and left the locker room. I thought that Sidney would obviously sleep around. But thinking something like that is alot worse than hearing it, and hearing that from Jordan made it even worse.

I got to the car still crying with my eyes bloodshot. Sidney already had the boys in the car and he was waiting outside the car for me.

"Are you crying Nicole? Whats wrong?" He asked touching the sides of my arms.

"Nothings wrong Sidney." I answered beginning to cry.

" Nicole what happened?" I asked. At that moment Diamond walked by and said "hey Sid." He didn't say anything.

I cried harder and Sidney pulled me into his arms and held me.

"He told you didn't he?" Sid asked

All I could do was nod my head, I didn't know what to do, or even what to say.
