I Bite My Tongue So You Don't Hear Me

When Dan arrived home Gemma was sat watching tv. 
'Charlotte is having a nap' She told him without removing her eyes from the screen. 
'Oh okay' He nodded not that she could see.
Dan walked over to her and pinned her on the sofa straddling her hips. He pressed their lips together as Gemma wrapped her arms around his neck. She removed his shirt and began to press kisses to his chest. Dan gasped as she began to suck on his skin. He pulled away and looked down at her.
'What?' She asked breathlessly
She grasped his face in her hands and pressed their lips together.
'What?' She asked,pulling away.
He sent her a smile. He stared into her eyes.
'Bedroom' He demanded
He took her hand and guided her to the bedroom.

Dan pushed her onto the bed and took his jeans off.
She glanced up at him. Her nerves rose.

Dan smirked a little as he walked toward her.
He took off her top and slid down her jeans.
Slowly his hands travelled down to her hips.
He laid her down and began to suck on her neck. He was barely touching her but his mind went insane.
'You're beautiful' Dan breathed as Gemma's nerves jittered.
Dan kept staring at her.
She avoided eye contact with Dan.
'Whats wrong?' He asked his eyebrows furrowed and a small frown appeared on his face.
'N-Nothing' She rolled off the bed,looking for her clothes.
'Gemma?'
'Dan I-'
He spun her around so that they were facing. She brushed her hair out of her face. Dan looked down at her raising his eyebrow.
'Whats wrong?' He persisted
'I....can't Dan'
'Why not?' He asked still holding her.
'Look at me'
He did as she said. He scanned her up and down.
Her self harm scars. C-section scar. Leg burns.Stretchmarks.
'I don't care about that and you know it' He whispered

She pulled away from him.
She put clothes on and stood in the doorway looking at Dan.
'I love you' She said before leaving.
The apartments front door shut.
She had left the apartment.
And Dan let her.
