Frank has been in this hospital for months, his life is dull and boring until a mysterious Gerard Way comes along to share the room with him. Gerard won't give up any clues as to why he's in there, and Frank can't help but let his secrets out.
These two move closer as they share the room, resulting in a promise that Frank doesn't know if he can keep.
