Prologue: What You're Reading

Have you ever been so lost and lonely in life that you turned toward writing to release yourself? You made yourself a character, and you put your character in that same situation you're in. You send the story to your friends. They read it, and they ask for more. Can they tell though? Do they even realize that the story they're reading is yours?

Well, I'm telling you beforehand. My name is Manniyah Lee Milder. This is my story in a story. This is my heart on paper. So... Here goes nothing.
