My anxiety is back.
Whenever I don't have anything to distract me, I feel really horrible.
My chest feels empty, but like it's going to explode at the same time.
I know in the back of my mind that everything is normal and really everything I'm thinking is just in my head, not realistic at all, but it's not stopping my heart from racing. I'm really irritated with myself and I don't really know what to do to make this feeling go away for the long term.
