"So you're telling me that you were dared to swim in the ocean in your boxers then your friends ran off and stole your clothes?"

Lauren recounted as she stared at the man who could be an example of a flawless human being in front of her. She couldn't believe how lucky she was at the moment. It wasn't every day that you got a hot guy knocking on your door.

The man nodded as he snuggled to the towel covering him, "Yes. And I couldn't call anyone for help because I left my phone."

They both fell silent for a few minutes. Seeing him up close and hearing him speak made Lauren realize that he was Korean and not Filipino (the accent was a dead giveaway). He had accent when he was speaking to her in English which she thought was cute. The Korean suddenly looked up and caught her staring at him making the atmosphere more awkward than it was.

Lauren must have looked like a tomato; her ears and cheeks were red from embarrassment. She finally cleared her throat and asked, "What's your name?"

He gave her a small smile and answered her, "Niel."

"I'll get you clothes okay, Niel?" Lauren said then quickly exited the room and headed towards her brother's room, her face still red from embarrassment. When she got there, she rummaged through Pete's luggage, searching for decent shorts (that wasn't swimming trunks or boxers) and a shirt until she finally found them.

While walking to the living room, Lauren found herself smiling slightly as she remembered his name. She liked the name a lot and liked the way it rolled off her tongue when she said it for the first time. She turned at the end of the corridor and what she saw almost made her drop the clothes. Niel was standing up, drying his hair with a towel.

She unknowingly gawked at him. She noticed that he was several inches taller than her. He was skinny but he had a lean athletic build. She could even see the outline of his biceps clearly from afar. He was almost everything Lauren could ask for. He was the type of men she would gladly fall for. She would gladly stand there all day, staring at him if it wasn't for the weight of the clothes on her hands.

Then she cleared her throat, effectively distracting Niel from what he was doing (which was being hot), and looked everywhere except at him as she offered the clothes on her hands. She was slightly disappointed that she had to stop watching but she knew that she was being borderline creepy.

Niel looked at the girl in front of him who was obviously trying hard not to look at him and chuckled. He took the clothes from her hands, purposely brushing his fingers against hers and said, "Thank you."

"No problem." She said while rubbing the back of her neck nervously. She turned around to leave the room again but suddenly, she remembered something.

"Where are you gonna sleep tonight?"

He looked at her confused, his head tilted to one side. "I thought I was going to sleep on the couch?"

Lauren shook her head quickly. Despite wanting to lace her fingers with his, she grabbed his thin wrist and dragged him towards her room. She pointed at her bed and said, "You're sleeping there, okay?"

Niel just stared at her in mild shock. He felt somewhat guilty and abashed for taking her bed. But he somehow knew that it was wise to just go with whatever she said. He asked her, still unsure of taking her bed, "Is it alright?"

Lauren waved it off and said, "Its fine!"

She grabbed a pillow and a blanket from the closet then left him alone in the room. She didn't want to be in the same room as him, actually. She was afraid she'd jump him. This was one of her problems; she didn't have enough experience with men, boys - the male species, in general. She pinched the bridge of her nose as she was walking towards the living room. Then suddenly, Niel shouted, "Hey!"

Lauren quickly turned around and saw him standing a few steps behind her, "What is it?"

"What's your name?"

"Oh, it's Lauren."

Niel grinned from ear to ear and said before going back to the room, "Nice Wonder Woman underwear."
