Instincts

We've all been in the relationship where We are very much in love with the person but they are no good for us. They damage our quality of life.

That was Crissy and William's relationship.
So she left him, did everything she could to get him out of her life. Even cutting four of her best friends out of her life.

I speak of the concept of the basic human instinct of Fight Or Flight which I assume you all know about but will explain on the off chance you don't. Basic instincts give us two options in bad situations that we can't handle. Fight: To stay and battle out whatever is troubling us; or Flight: to run and avoid the frightening situation so we don't have to deal with it. Sorry if I didn't explain that well.
